Its not very often that I get burned by an Internet vendor these days but battery junction once again taught me that there are still situations where poor customer service and stupid operators can get in my pocket and walk away without accepting responsibility for their errors.  
 
battery junction shipped a package via the USPS and the USPS would not deliver to that address. Not only did battery junction make me eat the shipping, they CHARGED ME A RESTOCKING FEE!  
 
ALL l of the items I would have purchased from this irresponsible bunch of thieves will now be purchased someplace else. Although I have made multiple purchases from battery junction, I will never buy from them again.  
 
A vendor really shows you what they are made of when things don't work out as planned and battery junction proved to me that they don't value my repeat business.  

Thx battery junction for being there. I use the batteries I purchased in a glucometer, so I'll be using them for the rest of my life. Therefore the price is right and the convenience of online ordering is better than making a special trip to store for the batteries.

This was not my first order. Once again, Battery Junction came through with the right products (batteries and flashlights) at good prices. I look forward to buying from the Junction again.

I ordered an Olight M20 and a bunch of batteries on monday and had them wednesday :). Anyway what a great light and the prices (service too) just can not be beat.

This was my first time ordering from Battery Junction and I was very impressed with the customer service. I had ordered a Olight M20 and had it shipped by Priority Mail, not realizing that I was only a short distance away, in an adjoining state. I called up customer service to see when the order would arrive and they switched to regular UPS ground shipping for me because they knew it would be faster and easier to track, all without me even asking for it. I got the light the next day and would definitley buy from them again...

BatteryJunction provides great customer service - they are not necessarily the least expensive as related to the selling price, but when all factors are weighed they give high value. I continue to do business with them whenever my need for products that they sell comes up.

I am very happy to have found such a fun place to shop for batteries and flashlights! They really have a great selection and excellent service and prices. They know their stuff, they answer emails and they ship very quickly. I have not had this much fun and satisfaction with a web store for a long time! I can not think of anything they could improve upon. I really had fun ordering a number of different flashlights (especially higher quality keychain varieties) and now all of my family (and some of my friends) are set for a long dark winter. :-) I used to be a Surefire customer, but now that I have experienced the price difference and excellent quality of brands at Battery Junction I have switched my allegiance. By the way, if you need batteries for your Surefire flashlights, they are less expensive and equal quality at Battery Junction. If you couldn't tell already, I am a VERY satisfied customer!

As a gunsmith and outdoorsman I employ MANY battery devices for myself and customers--flashlights, weapon-mounted tactical lights, laser sights, red-dot sights and other high-tech stuff...After extensive web searching I came across Battery Junction about two years ago. So far they've had all the different battery types I've required--button cells, standard cells and specialized types of Nickel Metal Hydride (NiMh), lithium and alkaline batteries...you name it, they've got it. and the price is always right.  
 
After reading their on-site reviews I also became interested is LED conversion kits for standard flashlights, especially MagLites but also LED conversions for 6V tactical xenon-filament flashlights that run on CR123A batteries. Battery Junction's Terralux kits ($20 for the premium versions) for both AA MiniMags and 2-4 cell C and D-cell standard Maglites equal the performance of flashlights commonly available only in police equipment stores for $100-$200.  
 
I've given AA MiniMag LED-converted flashlights as gifts to a dozen friends and family--these small shirt-pocket-sized flashlights are blindingly bright (about 4x brighter than a xenon bulb) and run for 34 hours continuously at full brightness on two AA alkaline batteries (I've timed them)! Not only this, but having no filaments the LED's last a lifetime! These devices are something the battery and bulb manufacturers don't seem to want the public to know about.  
 
New technologies such as LED flashlights, lithium batteries (they really last!) and NiMh batteries (rechargeable hundreds of times and longer-lasting than conventional non-rechargeable batteries) have really added to the utility, durability and practicality of battery-powered lighting devices. I find myself using flashlights, headlights and other gizmos on a daily basis and have them stashed in my toolboxes, vehicles, home and even on my keychain.  
 
Battery Junction's prices beat all competitors I've discovered (often by a large margin), their customer service is first rate (I have returned or exchanged two items and they were VERY easy to deal with) and their shipping is immediate.  
 
To sum it up, don't bother looking for better deals elsewhere, I've made multiple purchases with Battery Junction and their prices, product quality, product availability and customer service are the best on the Web, whether you're seeking an inexpensive yet high-quality flashlight for everyday use or a professional brand such as Surefire for times when your life may depend on it.

Hi, I ordered a few NiCad cells which according to the website were in stock. After a few days I got an email saying they were not in stock and the wait would be 7-10 days. After 2 weeks I contacted the company who said they really had no idea when the cells would be in stock. I asked for a discount on more expensive batteries in stock. This was declined, I ordered them anyway. Batteries were delivered promptly but 2 out of the 5 cells were dead. I built them into a pack to try and charge them to no avail. Battery Junction would not accept these cells as a return as I had built them into a pack. I think this is poor service.

Good product selection and decent prices.I ordered a tactical flashlight and received 14 extra free batteries for it, as well as free shipping. Ordered it on Monday, received it on Wednesday! Can't ask for more than that. Will definitely order from this company again.
