I have not installed the batteries yet but the website is nicely set up for easily locating and ordering products.  
 
The products shipped were exactly what was ordered and the shipping was very quick.

All around, a very positive pleasing experience. Their web site was easy to navigate and locate the exact product I needed. Full information about the product was available as well as options about other products. Very straightforward layout allowed me to compare products and make a decision.  
After selection, the purchase and checkout was secure and proper. The checkout is “McAfee Secure” and besides accepting all credit cards, also take Paypal.  
Confirmation emails regarding purchase, payment and shipping ensured that I had all the information I needed.  
The shipping was lighting fast, as I ordered mid morning and the item was shipped that afternoon.

I must say that I am impressed by the quick service from this company. I placed an order for CR123a batteries for my home alarm system (18 total)on Sunday night and the batteries were delivered to me on Tuesday. I plan on ordering more items from the company as well as tell all my friends. They should have a slogan " were not just batteries" Thanks for the great service

Great prices. Even with postage, an order for as few as two batteries would be less expensive that the usual local retailers. Large selection, flexible options for choosing different qualities. Prompt service. Next time I need batteries, BatteryJunction is the place to go.

First rate customer service. Shipped the next day. Shipping charge seemed excessive for Postal Service. Excellent inventory. Had difficulty finding single solder tab Li-ion batteries. No problem here. I'm sure I'll do business here again.
