Overall, this vendor's merchandise is very competitively priced. Their well-above-average, post-order e-mail communication with customers is almost over-kill. I received order confirmations immediately and the next day, and received shipping confirmations within a day or two. (Note the plural: there were multiple confirmations of each step in the order fulfillment continuum.)
All items were received in perfect condition, on-time and exactly as advertised. In my most recent order, the shipment (using USPS) was received a day earlier than expected. To their credit, reacting to customer concerns, they have also apparently corrected their ordering software so as to more accurately calculate shipping & handling charges, without the notable overcharges of the past.
But the best accolade I can give them is their superior post-sales customer service. In my experience, it is second to none. When I've had questions or comments, they've always replied back to me the same day or in under 24 hours. Remarkable.
