These people are con artists. They collect old outdate4d batteries and sell them to you at a new price. I bought some Lithium Coin Cell batteries from them that were manufactured September 15, 2005 and expired in three years. Do the math. These batteries are a year out of date.

Its not very often that I get burned by an Internet vendor these days but battery junction once again taught me that there are still situations where poor customer service and stupid operators can get in my pocket and walk away without accepting responsibility for their errors.  
 
battery junction shipped a package via the USPS and the USPS would not deliver to that address. Not only did battery junction make me eat the shipping, they CHARGED ME A RESTOCKING FEE!  
 
ALL l of the items I would have purchased from this irresponsible bunch of thieves will now be purchased someplace else. Although I have made multiple purchases from battery junction, I will never buy from them again.  
 
A vendor really shows you what they are made of when things don't work out as planned and battery junction proved to me that they don't value my repeat business.  

Hi, I ordered a few NiCad cells which according to the website were in stock. After a few days I got an email saying they were not in stock and the wait would be 7-10 days. After 2 weeks I contacted the company who said they really had no idea when the cells would be in stock. I asked for a discount on more expensive batteries in stock. This was declined, I ordered them anyway. Batteries were delivered promptly but 2 out of the 5 cells were dead. I built them into a pack to try and charge them to no avail. Battery Junction would not accept these cells as a return as I had built them into a pack. I think this is poor service.

Used to be great company, but now offensive theft!!! Ordered well over $1000 from them over past few years. June 2009 ordered additional items. Laser flashlight had 2 dots so USELESS for use to give presentations / lectures. Shake flashlight emits nonfunctional light for just a few seconds despite advertisements of product utility. Battery junction sent worthless and broken products but REFUSED to pay for return shipping for either refund or exchange or credit for other products. Absolutely inflexible despite taking money and sending garbage. THIS IS THEFT!!! Will NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! Have cautioned others to use www.flashlightz.com for same prices but honesty, customer service, and decency. Preparing web site to share throughout net. This company has gone way, way downhill!!!! Buy at your own risk!!!

Ordering was prompt,good shipping.Receieved in 3 days from ordering.  
Problem 1. One of the 4 li-on batteries ordered had 0 dcvs and would not take a charge. Emailed customer service and they return a RMA number,problem was one bad battery would have cost more to ship than I paid!  
Problem 2. The other 3 batteries have suddenly started to run down very fast,when first charged they lasted approx 4 hrs of use,now they are down to half an hour..Still doesn't seem worth it to return shipp all 4 batteries.I think I have learned my lesson and will cut my losses..  
I am alittle disappointed in the quality of the batteries,some type of plastic covering was long and was not trimmed at bottom,etc..

Received the charger with the instructions for another model in the box, which was opened many times and even the bubble wrap for the charger was completely worn out.  
Not impressed at all...

First Battery Junction shipped the order incorrectly. Then when I asked for a RMA and call tag, I was sent an email stating they would refund all charges from the order and a seperate email that said the would also refund any cost of shipping the product back to them. All a LIE to con me into shipping on my dime. They are now claiming they do not refund shipping charges. They shipped the product wrong and expect the customer to pay for their mistakes. There are plenty of companies to do business with...stay away from this one.

Product didn't work and was very poorly packaged. Horrible customer service, after several e-mails and telephone calls finally received an RMA and returned. But they NEVER sent replacement or refund!  
 
Beware of this fraudulent seller!  
 
There are plenty of other sellers with positive feedback offering same products. Stay away from this seller!

Lure you in with low prices & false claims of items being in stock, the overcharge on shipping for things you'll never get. Plus, they charge you immediately for what is not in stock!  
 
Ordered 5 items from BatteryJunction all of which were listed as "Usually ships the next business day". After ordering I was later e-mailed that two items were not in stock, but would be soon. I did not cancel the order and I was charged for ALL items, including the ones not in stock. 15 days later they still did not have the most expensive item in stock & could not be sure when they would have it in stock. As of today they still show that item as in stock.  
 
The customer service person said "we have so many items we can't know which ones are in stock". Yet, when they DO know something is not in stock they don't change the info. on the website. This is fraud because (a) they lure you in to purchase baased on cheap prices & high cost for shipping, then fail to deliver; (b) they charge your credit card immediately for items they know they don't have; and (c) refuse to refund the excess shipping charges for items they can't send you.  
 
Stay away

First order was fine - Second order many problems. Web site claims items in stock - then they email you to offer substitutions and try to explain away delays. Stay away from Nuon AA Lithium batteries - great price compaired to Energizer - But the product is junk. Lithium batteries should outlast Alkline, but the Nuon's died less than one minute after powering up my camera. Warning - When the price seems too good to be true - you're getting ripped off!

I BOUGHT A $160 SPOTLIGHT THAT WAS DEFECTIVE FROM THEM I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK AND NOT ONLY ARE THEY NOT WILLING TO GIVE BACK MY $13 BUT WANT TO CHARGE ME A $24(15%) RESTOCKING FEE THATS $37 FOR WHICH I RECEIVE NOTHING --- RUN DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Buy your batteries elsewhere!!!  
I just met with my USPS mail lady trying to deliver my Batteryjunction order and there was postage due before she could deliver it. Now I have to wait for it to go back to B.J. and they say they will send it back again.  
Very Disapointed.  

This company charged my credit card knowing they did not have the stock. Then a couple of days later sent a letter saying they will have stock in 10-14 days. After 10-14 days I cancelled, no further notices from BJ. They still say "Usually ships next day" for the products on their site. I do not frequent sites that charge before shipping, I'm sorry I trusted this one.

I would not purchase from them again. Wife is calling now to cancel my order for the Maxpedition Versipack. We order this on 11/27 and got an e-mail on 12/1 saying the productwas oversold, and that new stock would arrive in 10-12 days. This was my Christmas gift from my wife. Today 12/20, we get another not saying it will be another 10-12 days, and that it would arrive to me in 2008. This is huge disappointment for me, and I will NEVER do business with this in the future. If you want Maxpedition, please visit LAPOLICEGEAR.com or eBags.com Both have the product in stock, and that won't ruin your holiday gift giving.

These people were sure quick to bill but, once they had the money, have not sent a confirmation email, have not responded to my email inquiry and have not shipped my product! I'm deploying to Iraq without my batteries :/
