Extremely fast shipping, overnight package went out the same day that I placed the order. The initial shipment was missing a piece but customer service was very professional and responded within 24 hours. They overnighted the additional piece at no charge. Excellent prices and great service!

I was somewhat disappointed that my order sat in limbo for 5 days before being processed, but after shipping my order arrived very quickly and I received the discounts I had applied to the shopping cart. It may have been due to the comments on the order form. Also, the free batteries which come with it are not the Titanium batteries advertised all over the website, they are Powerizer batteries which I have never heard of. Overall I was satisfied with the order, and would probably order from them again if they had a good buy.
