Absolutely the worst customer service I've experienced on the web.
Ordered a piece of exercise equipment from their web site on 8/31, said expected ship date of 9/6. 9/11 comes and still says "Processing" on their web site. I call on 9/12 and the customer service rep. says it is still processing, will ship in a few days. I tell him to cancel it still, so he puts me on hold and then tells me it's now magically shipped and he cannot refund the price, but that I am suppose to refuse the shipment.
Now, if it shipped, where is my tracking number? What a lie. I suspect that a chargeback will be in order.
