I am very pleased with my experience at Kraft's Music Store. I purchased a Yamaha keyboard for my grandson. It was priced well and arrived immediately. Helped to make a Happy Christmas! For me, Kraft's stood out from the other stores that I looked at on the WEB. I definitely recommend it.

This is a great company to do buisiness with. The ordering process was easy, I got prompt confirmation and shipping information and the product arrived quickly and safely when they said that it would. Their bundle packages are a great value!  
 
I've lost faith in most of the other "big" music sites to get it right the first time. Kraft has proved to me that there is still a company out there in musical retail that believes in great customer service and strives to sell top shelf products at a fair price with a friendly attitude. They even emailed a month after the sale just to make sure that I was still happy with their services. Kraft Music has made me a customer for life.

My order was handled flawlessly and very professionally. My YPG625 was delivery expediently. The deliverying carrier's driver and helper delivery to our 3rd floor resident, made sure there was no damage and highly courteous. I recommened Kraft Music for your needs. I will definately buy from them again.

I recently bought a Kawai EP2 digital piano from Kraft Music. Salesperson Scott was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The "bundled" price was better than anywhere else I looked. Delivery was incredibly fast! The piano is exactly what I need for the church playing that I do. I give my highest rating and will definitely do business with Kraft again.

Very pleased with Kraft Music service, from web site searching, to first contact with sales rep, to delivery. A very competitive price for Yamaha P-140 "bundle."

Extremely knowlegeable staff, extremely helpful and courteous, Digital Piano arrived 3 days earlier than they expected, in PERFECT condition.  
Their price and their 'package bundle' were the best price of ANY I researched. I would recommend them to my mother!

While they seem to be constrained by the same minimum advertised price as other retailers, I was pleased to see that their bundles really represent some thought and good bargain hunting. I purchased a Yamaha CP300 home essentials bundle from them. I was pleased with the quality of all the components of the bundle, especially the incredibly solid stand -- very important for a keyboard that weighs about 70lb! The bench / cover / headphones seemed to be factory warehouse leftovers, but no problems with that. I admire their ability to find opportunities like that and pass them along to their customers.  
 
Free fright delivery almost as fast as UPS ground from 1300 miles away didn't hurt my impression of them either.  
 
I did not really need much advice as I'd researched this purchase to death, but they were able to confirm some things I was already pretty sure of. They responded quickly and clearly had read, understood, and researched my question.

One of my biggest pet peeves is the growing number of people who have "stock" items that they don't really have. It is a waste of time and effort. If I wanted that kind of neglectful and under handed service....I'd go to Guitar Center instead :-)

The service surpassed my expectations. The shipping was extremely fast and the set arrived mere days after I ordered it. I haven't been able to play my acoustic drums in a while and the prompt delivery of the Roland set was greatly appreciated. The set itself is wonderful. Although I will be expanding it in the near future and will most likely order those expansions from Kraft music. Thanks again. I look forward to ordering from you soon.

Kraft did an excellent, outstanding job. I commend each and every single person I talked to online and on the phone. They were all professional, friendly, knowledgeable, explained product and shipping details to me when I asked, and went out of their way to make sure I was a happy customer -- which I am!

I purchased a Kawai MP5 stage piano from Kraft Music and it couldn't have been a better experience. The customer service, the shipping time, the prices - every facet of this transaction was exemplary. I've shopped from many of the major online music retailers: Musician's Friend, Zzounds, etc. But Kraft Music has them all beat in my book.

The services provided by Kraft Music were excellent. Scott, the sales rep, made an appropriate recommendation when it turned out that the keyboard i'd intended to buy was no longer in production.  
The Kawai EP2 I purchased as a result of that recommendation arrived on schedule and in perfect condirion and is an ideal instrument for my purposes.
