This is the second order I placed with Kraft Music. The first was for a Casio PX310þ digital piano. I was so pleased with the service and the piano that I decided to place an order for the stand and 3 peddal set to go along with it. The salesman, Dave McCullough was very helpful, knowlegable, and went out of his way to not only get me what I wanted fast, but to also get me the best possible price. These items are now being used in our church by a very professional pianist who just loves the unit. Our budget is very limited and this unit fit the bill perfectly. Wow, these guys are terrific. Their prices are very competitive and I especially like their complete packages. I've gotten both a guitar package and a digital piano package and am glad I did. Each had everything I needed to get on with playing. They were prompt with their communication and delivery. They also checked in with me after I received the goods to see if everything was ok.

Excellent! After selecting the piano I wanted to purchase, I hunted around the internet for a "good deal." After I found Kraft Music, which I had never heard of previously, I read the reviews and decided to go ahead and place my order. Shipping was free, and for a few dollars extra, I would receive several additional quality items. I placed my order on a Sunday, and by Friday, the item traveled from WI to NY, and was installed and working. I noticed my piano was in my area on Thursday, and I called Kraft Music to see if they could help get my piano delivered to me on Friday. By 3pm on Friday, I was playing! Not only am I thrilled with the Yamaha YDP223, but Kraft Music is outstanding and I would purchase from them again.

Ordered the YDP S30 from Kraft Music. Service was excellent. My piano arrived within the estimated shipping time, and I am enjoying my new Yamaha YDPS30 very much. It's the perfect digital piano for me. Plays well, sounds great, and it's got a small footprint so it fits well in my apartment.

I had a great experience with Kraft. I got a great price, free shipping and everything came in time for the holiday and in great condition. The staff was great, I needed to change the shipping address and they accomodated me and were courteous and friendly. I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

I am so impressed with Kraft Music! I originally placed a large order with Musicians Friend, but they had so many unnecessary problems with my order and had the worst customer service I have ever experienced, so as a result, I canceled my order with them. Unfortunately, one item I ordered was quite rare, so I conducted a comprehensive search trying to find another store that had the item in stock. All of the other stores I found that had this item, of which there were very few, either had ridiculous shipping costs, or the item was overpriced.  
 
I eventually found Kraft Music, and they not only had the item in stock and ready to ship, but it was listed at the correct price and I was given free shipping! At the same time, I ordered their Yamaha HS80M monitor bundle. I received everything two days after my purchase in pristine condition.

I was pretty much sold on the Yamaha DTXpress Standard electronic drum kit offered by a local music shop here in Canada until I talked to Dave McCullough at Kraft Music. I found Kraft online, and after reviewing Kraft’s cost on the better DTXpress ‘Special’ kit, I could not see spending hundreds more for less of a kit up here. Dave worked with me on the total cost for the drum kit bundle, and was prompt in responding to any of my questions. A couple of weeks before Christmas my wife and I decided to give our college age daughter a piano keyboard. She was finding she did not have time at school to go to the building with the pianos to play. She is majoring in Biology but learned the piano from her Mother and plays pretty well. We did not want her to loose her piano skills and felt a piano keyboard in her dorm room would allow her to continue playing. None of use knew much about keyboards, except that we wanted one with weighted keys. A search of the internet turned up numerous possible keyboards at numerous dealers. We thought a trip to a music store to try various keyboards would be the solution, but a call to the only store we could find within 170 miles (we live in a rural area far from a city of any size) told us the store only carried a couple of brands and only certain models of those brands. My wife found Kraft Music online. The prices and bundle packages where one price gets you everything you need sounded good. A phone call connected us with a Kraft Music sales person, Dave McCullough. He answered all our questions, we placed our order. Since it was over $500 we received free shipping. The order arrived in 4 days in perfect shape. Both my wife and daughter were very pleased with the Yamaha YPG625. We enjoyed it through the Holidays. When it came time for my daughter to return to college my wife found it impossible to part with keyboard. So we ordered a second YPG625 from Kraft Music for our daughter and had them ship it directly to her college. It arrived four days after placing the order, also in perfect condition. Dave included a keyboard bag for less than the Kraft Music price with the order. Again shipping was free. We are very satisfied with Dave, Kraft Music, and our two Yamaha YPG625's.

Kraft Music is the most "human" online retailer you'll ever find. I've tried contacting many other retailers, but only ended up with copy-and-paste answers that were irrelevant to my questions.
