I needed a keyboard to play at my church and had done a search on the internet, and had decided on the Roland FP7. To be honest, I hadn't heard of Kraft Music. They had such a great price on the Fp7, though!  
 
It's a little unnerving  
buying products off the Internet let alone from a company you've never dealt with, but after talking with Scott I felt very confident in the product and the store. He was very curteous, helpful and patient.  
 
Other companies told me I could have the keyboard in weeks because they didn't have it in stock, but Scott had my keyboard shipped and at my door in less than a week!..and just as beautiful as in the picture.  
 
Unfortunately, they keyboard didn't have one important feature that I really needed (my fault for not checking. I had to go out of town and was not able to send in back in the alloted time (my fault again). Nonetheless, there are some nice features on this keyboard.  
 
Scott helped me to have a wonderful online shopping experience, and I would definitely recommend Kraft Music and I would shop there again in a heartbeat!  
 

I just wanted to share my experience with Kraft Music. I had purchased electronics equipment from Kraft Music. Used this for about 18 months & I started experiencing some issues with the item. Contacted Scott @ Kraft music and he pointed me in the right direction for warranty to get this issue corrected. I took this item to nearest service center as directed by the manufacturer and once I received it back the item was still malfunctioning. Called Kraft back on this issue and they stepped up and made this item good right away. Can't thank Scott & the staff at Kraft Music & Yamaha enough for taking the time to ensure my issue was resolved to my satisfaction.

Shipping was on time, piano just as described - all packed really well, no damage. David in sales gave us a great deal because this piano was for a church - really appreciated that. Really professional outfit, would purchase again from them.

Purchased a Korg C720 digital piano from Kraft Music. It was a very pleasant shopping experience. Scott was very helpful in helping me with the questions on this piano. Although this model was not normally carried by the store, Kraft Music was able to special order one for me. The price was very competitive also.  
 
Customer service is outstanding. I also ordered a matching piano bench. Unfortunately, the bench was damaged when it arrived. Called up Scott, he immediately shipped another one for me. I really cannot ask for better service.

I've had an excellent experience with Kraft Music! I ordered a Kawai CE200 from Kraft in November 2007 and have been very pleased. Scott at Kraft was very helpful and promptly answered my email questions. I originally was looking at the MP8ii and Scott helped customize a package for me, and then I changed my mind, and he continued to be patient and helpful. Scott gave me the best price on the CE200 (and I checked prices everywhere). I ordered it around noon on a Friday and it arrived by noon on Tuesday in Texas! Delivery was fine, the delivery man forgot to call ahead, but he was apologetic and even was willing to bring the piano inside my house (though he did not have to since delivery was curbside). The piano had a minor issue (Kawai's quality control, not a Kraft issue) and Scott took care of it quickly.  
 
I was hesitant to order a relatively expensive and large item over the internet, but was ultimately impressed with the personal, fast, and professional service I received from Kraft, especially from Scott. I highly recommend Kraft!

Kraft Music is everything they advertise to be. They confirmed my order quickly and I received the drum set within 3 business days of placing the order. Kraft was prompt in communication and shipping. The product was packed securely as promised. The price I paid was unbeatable to brand new. I will definitely be doing business with them in the future when it's time to upgrade my kit. The customer service provided was top notch.  
 

I just received my order. It was delivered right on time and in perfect condition. I shopped around a lot for an acoustic guitar. Tried out the Yamaha FG730S at a guitar store and was impressed the sound, looks, action and shape of the neck. I looked at all the internet web sights for pricing. Everybody was at $339.99. After surfing the web I came across the Kraft Music web site and boy was I glad. I ordered the Yamaha FG730S Ensemble from Them. Talk about a value, For only $20.00 more I got a gig bag, turner, strings, stand, picks, strap, cleaner/polish and DVD. I figured up the cost of the additional items to be at least $80.00 only 20 bucks, GREAT DEAL, GREAT SERVICE. I would recommend Kraft Music to anybody wishing for a Yamaha Guitar.

I ordered a Roland RX-700GX bundle (awesome stage piano). They didn't have the exact bundle options I wanted so they were happy to make a bundle for me with everything I wanted (it also beat all other prices out there). They responded to my bundle request within hours and even suggested cheaper alternatives which I ended up going with. I received the order on time. There was a problem with the bench seat I ordered, the screw holes didn't line up so I called them and they sent out a new bench top that same day without requiring me to send back the faulty one. So for both price and service I was very impressed. Scott the sales guy there is very helpful and has thorough product knowledge and is very quick and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend this store and SCOTT!  
 

Ok, first things first. I have been buying musical equipment for nearly 25 years. So I am no rookie. My experience with Kraft Music was probably the best experience I have had with any music store. And by far the best with any catalog or online store. I purchased a Yamaha DTXPress IV which is an electronic drum kit. I researched the web and ended up at the normal places Like Sam Ash, Guitar Center etc. The Kit was a little pricy at these places. So, I Googled one more time and found Kraft Music. Let me save you a Google Search. Kraft Music has a no-frills web site that is easy to use and to the point. I design web sites for a living so I can also appreciate that. I found the Yamaha DTXPress IV there, which I expected. What I didn't expect was the way that Kraft Music handled the whole purchase process. They offer great packages deals (no one else had package deals). They offered the kit with the bass pedal (not included elsewhere), high-hat pedal, a Yamaha surround sound amp and head phones (also not included elsewhere). All of this was included! And it was about 100 to 200 dollars cheaper than the big guys. Ok, no brainer. I rolled the dice and placed the order. Get this. The order arrived on time and with (drum roll) nothing missing or broken. Just awesome. I'd have to be crazy to shop anywhere else for my music purchases and so would anyone else. It dosn't end there either. About two days after my order had shipped, Kraft's customer service sent me an email and asked if everything was OK with my order. Man, Kraft Music even practices the lost art of Customer Service. I am loving my new drums and my new music store, Kraft Music.

Kraft Music did an excellent job of helping me figure out just what it was I needed. In the market for a set of electronic drums, I was eye-balling the Yamaha DTXpress IV Special set. Kraft Music had an unbeatable price and I was pleased to see they had highly knowledgeable technical folks as well. It's been a full month since I ordered, and their sales representative took care of some extras for me that I requested when I ordered without me even having to ask twice. I've been enjoying the electronic drum set very much. My recommendation of Kraft Music as your musical instrument source is more of an ultimatum really; they rock.

While surfing stores for a new sound system I found Kraft's website had plenty of product info to help decide which system best suited us. After researching long & hard, I realized their price was un-beatable. The order went smoothly, it was shipped quickly, received with no problem, and we're totally satisfied with the system, (Yamaha's Stagepas 500). One microphone stopped working, but it was remedied with just one e-mail -- easily, completely, and so totally to my satisfaction that I'm already a loyal Kraft customer. They're tops in my book!

fantastic, other than they could not accept international credit cards, they were extremely helpful in helping me purchase a guitar from Ireland for my girlfriend in Chicago, world is getting smaller with people like them,

Ordered Electronic keyboard, Kawai model, needed advice in a hugh market, found SCOTT to be very knowledgeable and quick to grasp problems. A great company to do business with, everything was shipped promptly, all mdse included, no excuses, no stories, just good advice and good service.

I am very happy with my new Yamaha P70, and was very impressed by the way it was shipped on time, and the nice packaging.
