Searching for an 88 key portable keyboard, I had shopped in a store in person but they only had one option. I found Kraft Music on the internet and talked to Scott Collins twice at length. He listened carefully to the features I hoped to have, asked questions to clarify when needed, and recommended several options. Then he helped me narrow down until I found the instrument that actually fills all my needs for my travelling music ministry. My husband and I actually believe I got more than my money's worth in terms of value and quality. I originally found Kraft Music via ebay auction on this guitar. I ended up sending the guitar back but by no fault of this seller, just too low end of a guitar choice for me at this time. Dave McCullough was excellent to deal with and they honored their return guarantee and then some! As soon as I located the exact model I want, I will be making another purchase with them. Customer service is stellar, shipping is fast. I can't say enough good things about my experience with them!

I ordered my Roland digital piano bundled with a stand, two benches, speaker with stand, piano case, and additional pedal on a Monday at noon. It arrived in excellent condition (three states away) on Thursday morning. I am very impressed with the quality of the instrument I bought. The salesman I worked with was helpful and informative but not at all pushy. I would definitely recommend Kraft Music to anyone!

Kraft Music is the best resource for musicians or recording personel. Everything in my order was perfect. The customer service sets the bar high and many other retailers will be unable to beat or even match. I will continue to choose Kraft Music when I purchase equipment and I have made checking the website a regular weekly routine so as to not miss any deals.

I purchased a bundle for a Yamaha P70 from Kraft Music because it was such a great deal. The company thoroughly impressed me. There was free delivery for the amount that I had spent. They had said that my keyboard would arrive in 1 week, and it arrived a day earlier than expected.

GREAT company to deal with! I purchased a Yamaha LS6 guitar & bundle from them. I was concerned about ordering an acoustic guitar online (sight-unseen), but Adam at Kraft Music put my mind at ease. He explained that Yamaha guitars were VERY consistent, and that if there was ANYTHING wrong with it, I could exchange it for another one (all shipping taken care of), or a different model (I would then only pay shipping). I ordered on 10/9/08, and received it on 10/14/08 -- great service, especially considering that included a weekend. The guitar and other items were well packaged, and everything arrived in great shape. I will definitely order from them again!

This is the best company I have ever done online ordering from. I was considering between two pianos and the salesman answered all my questions and his advice on which would piano would best fit my needs and desires were very helpful. I called back several times and was always able to get the same person to answer any questions promptly. Shipping was quick. This company is the best I have ever seen with customer service!

A couple of years ago I ordered a Korg Karma from Scott Collins of Kraft Music. I had been ripped off on Ebay and was very intimidated about ordering a keyboard from an online source. The Karma I ordered was an open box item so I received a large discount from Scott. The keyboard arrived 2 days later. What a beautiful instrument this is. Later the next year, I bought a Delta 1010 10in 10 out. I called to cancel my order. Fortunately, it showed up. Because the other one I ordered from somewhere else didn't have the correct power cord with it. So then I had 2 1010 deltas. I was over extended on my bank account. Kraft music payed the late charges and explained to my bank that it was their fault. What else can you ask for? On August 1st I was in a rush because I had only a week notice to put on a concert in town. I called Kraft Music and asked if they had 4 sets of 20 foot 1/4 inch cables I need for my keyboards. The local stores wouldn't have them in for a week . Kraft music comes through again. The cords came a day early, and they were packaged securely. You would be suprised what UPS does with your shipping cartons. All I have to say is Kraft Music is a top notch supplier of music gear. I have never been happier with an online supplier. Kraft Music is just plain AWESOME.

bought a yamaha cpx700 in black w/hard case. I ordered over the phone and it was shipped the same day!!! Guitar was delivered on time and was in 5.0 condition. would buy Kraft Music again!!!

I needed a keyboard to play at my church and had done a search on the internet, and had decided on the Roland FP7. To be honest, I hadn't heard of Kraft Music. They had such a great price on the Fp7, though!

buying products off the Internet let alone from a company you've never dealt with, but after talking with Scott I felt very confident in the product and the store. He was very curteous, helpful and patient.  
 
Other companies told me I could have the keyboard in weeks because they didn't have it in stock, but Scott had my keyboard shipped and at my door in less than a week!..and just as beautiful as in the picture.  
 
Unfortunately, they keyboard didn't have one important feature that I really needed (my fault for not checking. I had to go out of town and was not able to send in back in the alloted time (my fault again). Nonetheless, there are some nice features on this keyboard.  
 
Scott helped me to have a wonderful online shopping experience, and I would definitely recommend Kraft Music and I would shop there again in a heartbeat!  
 

I just wanted to share my experience with Kraft Music. I had purchased electronics equipment from Kraft Music. Used this for about 18 months & I started experiencing some issues with the item. Contacted Scott @ Kraft music and he pointed me in the right direction for warranty to get this issue corrected. I took this item to nearest service center as directed by the manufacturer and once I received it back the item was still malfunctioning. Called Kraft back on this issue and they stepped up and made this item good right away. Can't thank Scott & the staff at Kraft Music & Yamaha enough for taking the time to ensure my issue was resolved to my satisfaction.
