I bought a Yahama digital piano for a gift. They were very efficient in getting the order out on time. Shipping was free (other e-tailers were asking $85 for shipping.) It was an all around good deal and experience and a great product.

I have been extremely impressed with Kraft Music. They are very professional, have competitive prices, fast shipping, worked with me to get the items I needed and within my budget, and they are just very pleasant people to deal with in general. I have no complaints whatsoever - I just want them to keep doing what they're doing. I am thoroughly enjoying my new piano and it has exceeded my expectations as well. This was my first purchase from Kraft. I found them via a web-search and thought their site was very well laid out and contained a lot of useful information. I am always nervous buying unseen from the web but I had no reason to be so, buying from Kraft. I was particularly pleased at being able to phone and talk to someone knowledgeable, who didn't try to be "pushy" - also, they take credit card fraud seriously. Once the product was ordered, they kept me informed of the processing stages and enabled me to track the shipment. The shipping was prompt and the piano arrived in perfect condition. Finally, I think the Casio Privia PX310 is great value for the money.

I am taking the time to leave this comment because I was very impressed with the quality of service. I have just bought a 1k Roland V-Drums electronic drum set and I was afraid of taking the chance to buy such an expensive item through the Internet. I called in and they gave me all the information. Everything was precise. I paid and as promiced they shipped next day. They gave me free stuff, everything came in the sealed box and their price is the best I could find in the Internet. They did not even charged me for shipping. This is too good to be true, but I got my drums in the expected day, got a kick pedal, bench and sticks ($100 value), headphone ($19 value). I saved at least 300 bucks have I bought in a store. Choose this meerchante. They are professionals. At least they were in my situation and I am very happy.

I was extremely pleased with my experience with Kraft Music on the purchase of the Yamaha YBP200 system. The emails with the web links to track the entire transaction and delivery was excellent.  
 

I ordered my Kawai MP8 before Christmas, knowing I would be out of town for the holidays. Because Kraft has an online inventory, I was able to find out exactly when they would ship, how many they had in stock, and the shipping time. After the order, I found out there was a delay in shipment immediately because of their website, and was able to call directly and have the order delayed without any problems. Kraft customer service made two follow-up calls to ensure I would be in town for delivery. It was a wonderful experience and Kraft seems to have melded all the positive aspects of internet shopping (ease, information, and competitive pricing) with the positive aspects of store shopping (excellent customer service).

I ordered the Boss BR900CD as a Christmas gift for my brother. Prior to buying it, I spent many hours trying to find out who offered the best deal, but realized that the going price for the unit was pretty much the same no matter where I went. Then, I found the Kraft Music website. I called Kraft and found that their price was a lot less than what everyone else advertised AND shipping was free. When I called Kraft to order the unit, they were sold out. However, the rep happily offered to contact the manufacturer to see if they could supply more units, which they did. Since I ordered the product close to Christmas time, I really didn't expect to receive it until after the holidays. Much to my suprise, I received it a few days before Christmas (packaging was super), which worked out perfectly. My brother is thoroughly enjoying his recording system.  
 
In the past, I've had many satisfactory experiences with ordering merchandise online. Kraft definitely surpassed my customer service expectations and I felt truly comfortable with the transaction. My Kraft rep was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient regarding any of my concerns. I highly recommend ordering from Kraft and would definitely order from them again in the future.

I purchased a new Tascam DP01-FX/CD for my son for his band as a Christmas present. After researching online, I found Kraft Music to have the best price (on ebay, they were $100 cheaper than any of the others, plus free shipping!). From the moment I made the purchase, Kraft Music was extremely easy to deal with. Dave answered all my questions in a friendly, professional manner. He made sure the item arrived in time for Christmas, even though the purchase was not made until December 16. It was received by us in perfect condition - well packaged.
