Kraft is a small company having to compete with big online retailers, but they're doing a great job of it by offering competitive prices and excellent customer service.
I ordered a Kawai MP8ii digital piano -- heavy enough that it had to be shipped by truck freight -- and it arrived promptly and in excellent condition. The Kawai was a demo version that they had already marked down, and they were still willing to negotiate on price from there. I was a little nervous about buying such an expensive, heavy instrument online, and a demo unit at that, but the fact that the sales rep I worked with (Scott) had played it himself, described a few cosmetic flaws it had, and knew it to be in as-new working condition actually gave me a lot of confidence. Considering Kraft pays for shipping both ways if the instrument is defective, I decided they would take pains not to send me a broken unit.
When it arrived, the only thing out of place was a missing music rest. I called Scott, he had the manufacturer drop-ship it to me within a few days. I recommend doing business with this company.

I was shopping online for a digital piano to send as a Christmas present. I came upon Kraft Music and I'm very glad I did. They had the product I was looking for. Their price was very competitive. I spoke with Adam on numerous occasions and he was very helpful and willing to answer all of my many questions. When I made the purchase, the item was shipped quickly (as I'd been assured it would be). Questions I had after making the purchase were answered quickly and thoroughly. All told, it was a surprisingly positive experience with Kraft Music managing to deliver competent, personal and friendly service despite the obstacles inherent in online shopping. Great quality and value. Questions were handled with timely responses. Shipping was delivered ahead of schedule (two pieces shipped separate). Kraft and Adam made my purchase enjoyable and I will gladly do business again in the future.

This was my first order with Kraft Music and I was blown away with the great service. I received excellent communications keeping me up to date on the status of my order with fast shipping. I was a little apprehensive shipping a musical instrument but all arrived in perfect condition. I was very pleased with the deal they gave me plus the free shipping. I won’t hesitate to be business here again.

I paid a very small expediting fee and my order was shipped the following business day -- with free shipping. It arrived in excellent condition and was well packaged. I will use this vendor everytime I can.

I usually order from B&H due to their excellent service & prices but I used Kraft Music this time for a new keyboard purchase over $2000 -- mostly because of Kraft's high rattings on ResellerRatings.com and Kraft's williingness to help on shipment costs to Hawaii. The order process (Scott), negotiation on 2-day air cost to Hawaii, email communication and delivery of the keyboard to my address on time were all excellent, cordial and as specified by the order.
This is an excellent outfit so far and a welcome additon to stores I will use.

Dave McCullough was most helpful with my first order from Kraft Music. I have ordered on line from other sources, but never experienced this level of service. Dave,and Kraft Music amswered all my questions, arranged for the sale and shipping of the Casio AP400. I was told that the item would be shipped out tuesday, Dec.1st, but I received the unit Tue.Dec.1st all I can say is WOW, THAT IS FAST, when you I receive the delvery notice the same day as the tracking#
I give Kaft Music, and Dave a 5 STAR in my book.
Great to do business with an upfront on the level Co.

We ordered the Yamaha P-85 bundle for our 13 year old son who has been playing for about 5 years now, it came quick and correct. His teacher says wow at the sound and is thinking of getting one for her home studio. Only mark against...No warrenty info from the factory?

I was pleased with the service I got from Kraft Music. The order was delivered as promised and everything in the order was correct. I worked with Adam. He was friendly, and there was absolutely no pressure from him. I was a little hesistant to order that much from any online retailer, but Kraft made it easy with customer friendly policies designed to alleviate any concerns by just offering to ship back any defective product on their own dime. Saying that about a $50 one pound product is one thing. Saying that about a thousand dollar product that weighs over a hundred pounds is something else! Pricing was competitive on the piano, and with the bundled package it ended up being a great deal. I will definitely do business with Kraft again.

Great company.
Very professional, shipped fast and packaged very well. Sent updates on the order status throughout the whole process and even after delivery. Very nice people to deal with. Will definitely buy again from them in the future.

A couple of weeks ago, I contacted Kraft Music and was pleasantly surprised by your professional demeanor, patience and helpfulness. I had contacted a variety of on-line dealers and had been disappointed by the typical sales pitch, pressure to make a purchase, and poor listening skills.
I appreciate the time and care with which you assisted me. You researched and made sure that I would have the correct size cables to hook up to my speaker, you offered to have the options installed and set-up, and reassured me to call you with any questions, problems, etc.. I felt at ease speaking with you.
The bundle option was exactly what I needed to get going with the M3.
The A rating from the BBB for Kraft Music influenced my decision to purchase, but it was your quality of service that closed the deal!

I love my new piano, and I love this store! They had a whole piano package with a piano, bench, stand, earphones, and piano book for the same price as other stores were selling the piano alone. It arrived quickly and when I had a question, I called and a real human being answered the phone!

I was very skeptical of making such a large purchase online but Scott from Kraft Music made it very comfortable. Not only was he knowledgable about the Yamaha CP300 but he went the extra mile to make sure I would have my piano before a weekend gig. Thank you Scott for your 5 star service.......oh by the way the Yamaha CP300 is everything you said it was and more!

The service was great and the price too. I ordered YAMAHA KEYBOARD p-155 bundle. Devlivered within less than a week. Had to replace a keyboard, they sent me the return label and the replacement keyboard within a week. Very efficient and kind! Will definitely shop there again!
