A couple of weeks ago, I contacted Kraft Music and was pleasantly surprised by your professional demeanor, patience and helpfulness. I had contacted a variety of on-line dealers and had been disappointed by the typical sales pitch, pressure to make a purchase, and poor listening skills.  
I appreciate the time and care with which you assisted me. You researched and made sure that I would have the correct size cables to hook up to my speaker, you offered to have the options installed and set-up, and reassured me to call you with any questions, problems, etc.. I felt at ease speaking with you.  
The bundle option was exactly what I needed to get going with the M3.  
The A rating from the BBB for Kraft Music influenced my decision to purchase, but it was your quality of service that closed the deal!

I love my new piano, and I love this store! They had a whole piano package with a piano, bench, stand, earphones, and piano book for the same price as other stores were selling the piano alone. It arrived quickly and when I had a question, I called and a real human being answered the phone!

I was very skeptical of making such a large purchase online but Scott from Kraft Music made it very comfortable. Not only was he knowledgable about the Yamaha CP300 but he went the extra mile to make sure I would have my piano before a weekend gig. Product shipped the very next day – tracking # provided -shipment arrived in 2 days, shipping was included in package deal, product was packaged with care,price was very reasonable ! The service was great and the price too. I ordered YAMAHA KEYBOARD p-155 bundle. Devlivered within less than a week. Had to replace a keyboard, they sent me the return label and the replacement keyboard within a week. Very efficient and kind! Will definitely shop there again!

I purchased a Yamaha keyboard package as a gift. Kraft Music has exceptional customer service and good prices. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. They answered all my questions, both e-mail and telephone; and when I placed my order, they went over everything in detail with very personal service. The product was shipped right away and arrived well packaged and in perfect condition.

I had mail ordered a $350 hard case for a piano keyboard based on the helpful sales person I was working with. It was everything they told me, but alas, it wouldn't work out for what we really wanted. Ray with Kraft Music took the item back and suggested another piano case that should work and we ordered that. It also is everything that was advertised. Ray with Kraft is a great advocate for the company both in sales and customer service. He is never in a hurry and will work with you any way he can. I highly recommend Kraft Music for their customer service levels. They "make it right". I will be dealing with these guys again!

Ordered the Casio AP500 from Kraft's in November for a Christmas present. The staff, especially Adam, was most professional and knowledgeable. The package contained a bench as well as a lamp. The shipping was free, a $150 value, and was shipped and received (in Florida) the first week of December. Highly recommend Kraft for all your music needs.

I'm so glad I found Kraft Music online. We wanted a lower end digital piano for our son who just started taking lessons. After doing some research into a piano, piano stand, stool, etc...we found Kraft's bundle that included all three items (plus headphones, keyboard dust cover and lesson book) for wayyyy cheaper than if we bought all items separately. You needn't worry about buying from them. We ordered on a Thursday, and the items arrived in perfect condition by the following Tuesday. Thanks Kraft! You've got a customer for life here!
