I think this is where i got my black berry.
I called them, got transferred twice but by luck talked to the owner! good guy!
He sold me a black berry for my lady in red for hella cheap, cheaper than on the website. I told him i saw it on Amazon for less, he said he could match it! I said HELL YEAH!
I told him i need it right away because it was almost valentine's day and I didn't want to be empty handed.
I paid for overnight and before i even got the tracking number, it was here the next morning.
BOO YAH! That was the bomb! They're the best yall!
I don't think they're big and they're in NY, I hate NY. But hells, they did good to me. So i have to give them props.

Poor and arrogant customer service. If you are lucky, you'll get a product that works. Go ahead and buy from them if you are ready to take chances with your hard earned money. I'd never buy again at any cost. This review was modified by its author, rsuresh, on

Stay away !!! You will save time and money !!!!
I bought a Nokia N96 and i ask for the original one made in Finland !! I received a N96 'made by Nokia' which is made in China and service by Hong Kong .I realized that after I talk to customer service because the phone battery discharge after 24 hours in stand by .
Call customer service ,couple of times ,wait at least 30 min ,then they hang up on me. Finally talk to John and Suriah (not sure if those are they real name) and my conclusion of the discussion was my fault because I deal with them .

1. With the exeption of some version sof the E71, most Nokia models are made in China.
2. You tried to return the phone after a period of time which isn't sanctioned by out return department.

I ordered two items from this company and have not received them yet. I called several times a week ago and finally got to talk to someone who told me they were having a problem getting one of the items and that both items would ship out in a couple of days. Bottom line, its been almost a month and still haven't got what I paid for. This has been the worst buying experience I've made on the web. It appears that I've been taken. Don't let it happen to you.

I ordered a laptop case and headphones and both arrived as described in a timely manner. The case is sold retail for $50 and on sale many places for $25. Cell hut charged $1.80, so I was skeptical. They offered free shipping if you buy two items, so I added 99-cent headphones. I thought no way is this order going to ship, but it did. Given the other reviews here, I made sure to use Google checkout so they didn't have my credit card number.

I ordered an unlocked phone back on 11/22/08. The phone was not unlocked as advertised, and the IMEI on the phone was different from the one on the box. I requested an RMA and returned it to get a refund.
I still did not get a credit back on my card. I have called 6 or 7 times in the past few months. Each time, I reached someone who said the refund will be processed in "a few days" or "by Thursday" or "within 3 business days" or the like. The refund never happened. I even spoke with the "manager" several times who assured me it will be processed asap.
I still don't have my refund. This company is very shady, and I will NOT do business with them ever again.

I ordered two phones from this company the first week of January 2009. The first phone I received I sent it back because it was way too small. The second phone I returned due to it turning itself off after a few days of usage. The phones where returned during the return policy period and
now it has been 12 and 17 business days respectively since the product was received by Cellhut and I haven't received my refund yet. I will dispute this charge through my credit card company and file a BBB compliant!
Thank you CellHut for nothing, I will never do business with you all again.

Didn't deliver my product. Worst Online Store with an indecent customer service. When I mentioned that the product is not delivered by the carrier, the customer service guy mentioned - "Our policy regarding missing shipments - You have(Customer)to file a claim with the carrier". He says the Store is not responsible. These guyz are BAD.....Dnt loose your money.

I got the phone on time. But it was LOCKED with a service provider called Claro. I contacted the seller they gave me directions to change some settings. But that didn't work. I returned the phone them via FedEx. Seller admits they got the phone and LIED TO ME: We have refunded your account, and should take about 6 business days for it to show up in my bank account. I never used my bank account. I used Google Checkout. Google instantly refunds account when a refund has been made. The rep told me to dial extension 202 to speak with manager but any time you call the machine says you called out of business hours. I filed compaint with NYS and Google. Still no refund.

Whats up with the long wait time on custeomer service? It took me half and hour to get someone and then it wsa the same person each other time I called. Oh well, at least the product arrive in time and with no major problems.

The items are very good and very worth the money. And was offered free shipping on top of the rock bottom prices. That's definitely a big Wow..!! Nice deal. And prompt shipping and it has arrived well before it was actually expected.

Bought a macbook pro case using a free shipping coupon. Case came, scratched, coupon apparently didn't work. After emailing the company I finally called, per their instruction. Was told I would receive a shipping credit for THEIR FAILURE. Also, case came scratched so it looked like a used case. Still, nothing on the credit. Filing BBB complaint STAY AWAY! from this place.

This place has reviews all over the place but I decided to go ahead and order anyway just to try my luck. The prices are good but the stock is kind of topsy turvy. I called the customer service and was put on hold for a long time before they told me that the N95 was available. I ordered it and it came a couple days later. Nice shipping

For the past month Cellhut has been lying to me about the refund process on a cellphone that i returned within their criteria. On 3 different occasion they have given me certain dates that I should expect my refund. My return was dated on Jan 6th 2009 and it is now Feb 5th 2009. Brian (operator) has been no help and informal.If my refund is got given to me by tomorrow I will take them to small claims court!
