Ordered 2 Motorola H800 Headsets and received them within 9 days. However, BOTH Bluetooth headsets didn't work. Did an RMA and they would not pay return shipping on a defective items, which they probably knew where bad in the first place after reading the other reviews here. Not good business practice. Luckily Motorola was more understanding, but unfortunately CellHut won this one... BUT, won't ever get my business again. This review was modified by its author, poison7fl, on

I placed an Order for Blackberry Pearl 8100 on 5th March 09. They charged money from my account and there was no update about the product. lastly, on 12th march, i wrote them about the product status, in return, i got this reply :
Dear Customer,
We do not have the product in stock anymore. Would you like to swotch to any other product?

Same day i requested them to cancel my order and return the money back. Till date i have not received my money. Every time when i am calling up, i am getting the same reply, the fund has been issued and you will be getting in another 3-4 days. Even, i told the Customer service guy that last week also i got the same reply, then, How can i trust you this time? What if i do'nt get it this time? He simply says, just call up again.
THIS COMPANY IS A BIG FRAUD......HOW CAN THEY CHARGE THE ACCOUNT WHEN THEY DO NOT HAVE PRODUCT IN THEIR STOCK.....TILL DATE THE MONEY HAS NOT BEEN REFUNDED TO MY ACCOUNT

I ordered a Bluetooth headset at a great price with a coupon code from them on 4/3. My credit card was charged. Later in the day, they told me it was out of stock and I'd be receiving a refund. Today, 4/6 I received a refund e-mail, but am still waiting for the bank to process it.
Under reason for refund, they listed "Buyer requested refund. Return" which is obviously incorrect. I used Google Checkout. It is likely they cancelled all orders that only ordered the discount item, because the profit margin wasn't high enough. Then, they listed "Return" under the comments of Google customers to not piss off Google. The reason should be "we refused to honor our deal"...
Overall, very shady, I'll let you know when the bank decides to refund my money to give you the full length of time between charge and getting my money back....

I bought a phone from cellhut after cancelling an order from another website. I found it to be an easy process to purchase, the delivery was very quick, and my son is very happy with his new phone. What I paid for is exactly what came. I would definately purchase from this seller again!

I had one devastating customer experience at CELLHUT.COM. I would not recommend anyone to shop at this fraud website at any time for any reason whatsoever be the price. I ordered a Nokia Cell phone (3210 Classic) and received the call receive key loose, the key would not come to its original position and would keep slightly depressed. I complained about this to Cellhut and they asked me to return it for an exchange. I did so at my own cost and after 15 days called them to see why I still did not receive it. They argued with me that the cell phone was "all right" and they saw no problems with it (some one even shouted at me, one of their stupid customer reps), despite the fact that the key was depressed. They agreed to send me another one and after like 5 days I received the same one. I was really frustrated by now called them up to complain about this just to listen to the same old story. They had failed to keep their promise of sending me a new one and instead told me they cannot do anything. I complained to the so called manager after this incidence (also to note the mean time to reach anyone was 20-25 minutes, if you are lucky you will not be hung up upon). Finally, I negotiated to get a full refund for the defective piece thinking this was the end to it but only to my surprise I never received it for a month (February then, bought in December), I repeated called them only to hear it will be posted (they did not even keep to their amount refund time). After several calls I received 75% of the money I paid only to get a reason that it was deducted as a restocking fee!!!! Cellhut.com website says their is no restocking fee if product is defective and returned withing 7 days, I had done this and still they did not keep to their policies. This is the worst experience any customer can have ever. I sincerely believe they should be taken of the web by some means. ]
On April 3rd The merchant gives me the same reply they have been giving me before "As per the knowledge that our technicians passed on to us, there was no problem with the phone and thus the restocking fee had to be charged.", your technician needs reality check, I got it checked by couple of local technicians and they had said the button spring was faulty and it wont last long. Order was placed a week ago and I got an email that order will be shipped today, order still showing ready to ship for the 7 days. I have send about 4 emails to the customer care and I get the same reply as order ready and will be shipped today and sorry for your inconvenience. I would never deal with this company. I wish someone really complains about this company and the practices they are practicing. I have also send BBB about this company and will soon be sending a letter to Attorney General about this company and that need to investigate the scam they are putting us through. Strange they were never late to get the payment on my credit, was as fast as they could.

Horrible customer service and very rude. I bought a phone and the audio quality was bad. Raised a RMA and returned it. It's more than 9 days now and yet to receive the refund. Oh wait..there's is a 15% restocking fee for returning the defective phone. RMA department is saying that, there are lot of customers using this phone and it is not defective. Agreed! But my phone has a audio issue!!! I don't care about other customers.
I would just take the refund and would never ever buy it again from Cellhut.

Update as of 03/09/09.
This is the WORST EVER customer service I have ever experienced. RMA was received on 23rd Feb and I am yet to receive my refund. It's been more than 17 days now. I had excellent service from this store. The 3 phones I ordered came as promised and arrived exactly as stated on the tracking information emailed to me by Cellhut. I couldn't find the same phone priced as well even after much searching.
