I was highly satisfied with this purchase. Phone arrived on the day it was expected. I also received a car charger, USB cable and phone holder which was not mentioned in the initial deal but nonetheless I am happy with the product and the accessories.
Phone has features as mentioned on the website and it works great with my ATT simcard.

Cellhut is a big company that does a lot of business online. They have a huge stock of unlocked phones and accessories that sell at low prices, better than most. The website is easy to navigate and you can even search by technology which makes buying a phone easy to do.

Please read before buying from cellhut:
I ordered LG shine cellphone from cellhut as I lost my cell phone. I called there sales number and asked if this cell phone is compatible with AT&T even though there websites listed the phone as AT&T compatible just to make sure it will work properly. I missed the phone delivery as UPS tried to deliver it on a day time. Cellhut has the most inconvenient way of delivery as it requires personal signature and you cannot schedule a pickup with UPS. So I had to work from home just to get my cell phone. Then I opened the box and the instruction manual was in a foreign language. To make matter worse, when I inserted the sim in the LG shine it was just showing one bar. I tried the cell phone at various other places and it dropped the calls frequently. I paid $230 for a piece of junk, so I called cellhut customer and it took me around a hour to get a customer representative. After I explained the problem he asked me to ship the cellphone at my own expense. So, I called cellhut back to know if I will get the return and then told me I won't get the full return and will have to pay restocking fee. The whole experience was awful and total waste of money.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! This site is a complete scam. I bought a "new" Sony Ericsson S500i for about $170. Thought it was a fantastic deal but it only lasted for about 5 months. I decide to take the phone for a fix but decided not to because it will cost more than the phone itself. Apparently the man who fixes phones as a profession told me that the phone has been taken apart BEFORE. I have never taken the phone apart so I can only conclude that the phone was NEVER "NEW" to begin with. A complete scam. They probably replace the phones with faulty parts and then resell it as new. Sony products usually lasts WAY more than 5 months. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! As for the positive reviews? I assume Cellhut writes it themselves. WOW thanks for that wonderful assurance of it being "factory new" but SOMEONE is obviously lying. My phone was TAKEN APART before it was purchased meaning it was NEVER NEW. I ordered a "brand new" Jabra bt2010 from this company at a very good price. I promptly received a model refurbished by On Time Warranty Services, LLC with a 90 day limited warranty if I send the company a $4.95 money order. After playing the calling and waiting game several times, I got a human voice who suggested that I pay to ship the Jabra back to Cell Hut and then we could discuss the situation. After reading some of the reviews on these guys, I have decided to limit my loss and end contact with Cell Hut.

The products we receive are brand new unless otherwise noted. Sometimes the products we receive are in "bulk" packaging which means that the cosmetic differences might be different, for example in the packaging, but the device remains the same.

I just got the following response from the company. Something very similar to what they said when I placed the order. But I am wondering whey they NEVER replied to my email inquiries to their customer support and prefer to respond here and why so many people file complaints with them at BBB. That is how their dirty trick starts and please do not fall for that.
This is the worst company I have ever done business with. They say one set of things before you buy and a totally different set of things afterwards.
I purchased an unlocked cellphone from them and they promised that it will work with my carrier. But when I got the phone, it does not.
It took me forever to get in touch with the customer service and they want me to ship it back at my own cost and they will respond 24 to 48 hours after receipt of the product. However, after the return was delivered to them on May 1st, I waited untial May 7 and had to call them back to check the status. They told me their phone is fine and there will be 15% re-stocking fee if I want a refund. Finally I realized that this is how they make money regardless whether their products work or not.
I tried to share this experience on the review part of their webstie. Guess what, they will not even post it. I think they just filter out all the negative reviews and only keep the good ones. That is why the most recent review for the product I ordered is back to april, 2008. Can not imagine how many customers have fallen into their traps so far.
I will not recommend this website to anyone ever. And I will warn everyone of possible dirty practice this company may do.

This link will take you to better business bureau website, a govt agency monitoring business practice. It gives every business a rating from A+ to F, guess what cellhut got, unsatisfactory, no rating based upon customer reports.
I would suggest everyone who has been taken advantage of by those crooks file a complaint at BBB so that they will finally learn to do ethical business.

This was my 2nd purchase from Cellhut. I'm very pleased with the accuracy and delivery time that they provide! If you have a question, they are EASY to reach by telephone. I would recommend them to anyone! I always buy NEW phones not reconditioned ones. The new ones have been GREAT!

Experience was good, product came a little bruised (whats with that?) but otherwise fine. Free ground shipping was quick, that was a nice surprise. Will return to again, maybe for a headset.

worst company which I never heard off. Please don't waste your money in placing order with these guys. I have ordered for an Motorola blue tooth handfree a new piece, but they have sent me the refurbished piece and now in working condition. When I called to the CC, they asked me to send it back. I sent them back and called them for the status and I was told that all the Motorola products are out of stock but I could see them in their website. So I have all the way wasted my money in sending them the package and now they are screwing me some other unknown brand

I am very very disappointed on your service. 1)I bought two items, and both of them does not work. 2)When I required a return, you do not supply a return lable. Then I had to pay for the fee of Express by myself!!! It costs twice more than I paid for the items. 3)No reply to my email sent one week ago.This never happen when I return things to other merchandises. Cellhut would not ship phone, but took money anyway. Been tring to get it back since march 10, 2009. They keep telling me it going to be paid, someday. Will be putting a complaint to the FTC and NY BBB for these crooks.

Ordered 2 Motorola H800 Headsets and received them within 9 days. However, BOTH Bluetooth headsets didn't work. Did an RMA and they would not pay return shipping on a defective items, which they probably knew where bad in the first place after reading the other reviews here. Not good business practice. Luckily Motorola was more understanding, but unfortunately CellHut won this one... BUT, won't ever get my business again. This review was modified by its author, poison7fl, on
