So disappointed!!! Ordered a case for my Samsung Nexus, but it was never sent to UPS. Have tried to contact Cellhut.com via email, but no response. Have tried calling but just sit on hold for 30 mins or "mail box is full".
I ordered a Nokia 3600 Slide Phone on July 14th. I was assured that the phone would be shipping out no later than July 17, 2009. I called customer service and was able to speak with a Nick at Cellhut who stated it would ship by July 20th. Thus far Cellhut has been non-responsive and rude.
I will soon be filing a BBB complaint and speaking to the NY Attorney General's Office regarding possible legal ramifications if my product does not get shipped and delivered as promised.
I ordered Sony In-Ear Earphones. The product is nice....but I was really impressed by the service....as I got a very good deal and the product was delivered in 2-3 days with proper packing! Will shop again :)
I bought a reconditioned SonyEricsson phone from them. The battery doesn't seem to charge even after I left it on the charger for a day. I sent them 3 separate email messages about the problem hoping that they would get in touch with me but nothing. I called them and they were rude and told use to apply for RMA and hang up. We did apply for RMA but nothing. I guess the true sign the of a good vendor is how their customer service handles orders that have gone wrong. I will not buy from them ever again. Be warned everyone. Don't buy from them.

I recently bought a LG ME550 Cosmo which as per the site was compatible with AT&T. It does not really look a really LG phone. Or that LG does make such lousy phones??? Signal strength is horrible even at places it should be peak.
Fine, I lived with it. Then within a month it suddenly became mute !!! I could here the other person, but he won't hear me at all as if I put the phone on mute. The customer support was also horrible. Irritating and no answer. I did not have extended warranty and it was already past a month.
And now, the phone won't even charge! Won't even switch on!!!
I am totally against Cellhut and now I feel bad about LG phones as well.
Unlocked phones are a tricky technology, you have to match up lots of things for them to work. Cellhut helped me get my purchase, even though I wanted the latest nokia phone on the market, I could get it, so I settled for the 8800.

Very bad response from this guys, I got an LG phone with extended warranty and when my battery was dying for couple of hours and i called cellhut they said that they will replace with new phone or some other phone. When i did send it after a week i get the same phone returned with no changes.when i call the company they say the tech team was correct and there was no issue but when my phone is not even getting charged. Never buy a phone with these guys its a fraud scam they sell and don't even response properly when you complain about their product.
No issues with this company, the shipping was speedy and the prices are better than tigerdirect according to my research. Telephone lines are spotty but otherwise okay.
NEVER buy from this provider. They have FRAUDULENT information. The web site advertised my phone as having a speaker phone. When I returned the phone for a refund they changed the web site to show it as having a speaker phone. I am now in dispute with Mastercard over this charge. Similarly, their web site showed the replacement phone was AT&T compatible. It will not get anything from the web and will not do some of the functions it should. They also did not send a booklet with the phone.
I ordered couple of new unlocked phone from cell hut, All I got used phone, And One of them battery is not working (It’s not recharging). I tried to use same battery model with this and working okay.
I called customer Service and they said you need contact Technical department. Tech Dept ask me to use other battery ans see will work or not. I tried and found its working. And again I called Customer Service and inform them. They said, contact Tech Dept and they will send you new battery for that. I tried many time and tech dept never responded. Again I called Customer Service and when I tell them. I surprised with the rude answer from them. They said when you buy discount priced phones from Cell hut you should bare the risk but we won't provide any battery or guaranty for you. The way they are responding is not at all good and buying discount priced phones when those are not working its waste of money and time.
Now I decided to stop buying from Cell hut and also will I suggest to my friends stop buying from here.
I feel it's a junk store trying to make money from customers by selling bad Phones.
I am so close to filing not only a complaint against the company, but will seek out a lawyer and go after what seems like a sham of a business. I placed the order for a Samsung Innov8 yesterday. Since placing the order, i have not been able to get through to anyone. Everytime i call the 877 number, i just get directed to the voicemail instead.
I probably would not do business with this company ever again. Now i just hope to either get the merchandise or a full refund.
I ordered what I thought as a compatible unlocked cell phone for my At&T plan. When the phone arrived, I immediately found that my SIM card wouldn't work in the phone. I called Cellhut the same day to get return instructions. I returned the phone the same day I received the email with the return number authorization. That was on April 3, 2009. Today is June 5, 2009, and I'm still waiting for a refund. Every time I call, I'm told it will take 7-10 business days for my refund to be issued. I have yet to receive it. This is absolutely my last time dealing with this company.
