oh my gosh ...i just placed my order on Thursday 11/5/2009. I think cellhut.com is a good company, after i call customer service to change my order, their behave very bad, i think they just want to get the money from customer because after i placed my order i called customer service to change the color( i want white unlocked iphone but on the website they do not let customer to choose the color), she told me that cellhut do not sell iphone anymore. So, what the hell like that?if unlocked iphone out of stock, i need to refund to my account.I will sue cellhut company, why they charge me 750 bucks for iphone with bad services and nothing to stastified. The emplyee treated me like i am a servant.If i lost $750, i do not care anything, i promise that i will put the cellhut's owner in jail. I found this company through a search on google when I needed a new at&t phone but didn’t want an upgrade. The website was acting strange for some reason but everything went into my shopping cart without a problem. If I had enough money I would have got more phones.

Cellhut is one of those places where you don’t really know what you’re gonna get. I ordered an F250 unlocked because I have T-mobile. Unlike lots of reviews here I didn’t have a problem with my order. Thank goodness.

Ordered an out-of-stock cell phone by telephone, was told would be in stock in about 1 week. Called back a week later, they said phone came in stock yesterday and will ship tonight. Didn't receive shipping confirmation, called back 3 days later and was told phone is out of stock and should be in next week. I complained that I had called 3 days earlier and been told phone was in stock and was going to ship that day, to which the person I was speaking had no answer. Canceled order.
UPDATE: To make matters worse I just found out they charged my credit card for the phone they never shipped!! I will never use CellHut.com again.
ANOTHER UPDATE: Tried calling them to get the charge reversed, tried 3 times at their phone number from their web site and no answer! Let it ring at least 30 times.

Never ever buy anything from these guys. At the very least do a thorough Google search before doing so. They said they had the phone I wanted so I placed an order, they went ahead and charged my card immediately. After 3 days the "in-stock" order had not shipped so I called to find out. Calling is a nightmare, they keep you on hold for 20 minutes and then drop you just as someone picks up, so you go through the routine again. 3 hrs later I finally got through and was told the phone was not in stock and they were waiting for it to come. I canceled the order and got a confirmation email. 3 weeks later there still is no refund despite numerous emails. An internet search shows this is a common practice for these guys - they charge your card right away, do not ship you merchandise or ship you defective merchandise and then avoid refunding your money. I am grateful I used a credit card, I can't imagine if I had made a bank transfer. I bought the same phone from N1Wireless 2 days later, no problems, totally smooth transaction. The only way Cellhut can survive is by fleecing people like me who were unaware, I hope those numbers dwindle and this pathetic excuse of a business folds up.

Bad Customer service, not consistem prices on their website, and put hold for 3 days and when i called them they change the status to ready to shipm, after some time they cancelled. rude Customer service.

I had to wait 20 minutes inline for service, and when I finally got connected, the call dropped. I called back again and finally got someone, maybe there is something wrong with their connection. I had to return a phone and I got a refund in no time.

This company customer service is horrible.Im currently trying to cancel my order because of the lack of involvement they have had with me as a customer. They are the MOST untruthful company I have had to deal with. When I ordered my phone it clearly said "orders place before 12 pm will be shipped out same day"...I went and got my work check THAT morning so I could do that...ordered my phone at 10 o clock and order did not ship...even better its tuesday and my order status still says in process. The money is still in my account so if I can actually get them on the phone then I will be canceling my order immediately..I want nothing to do with such a shady company

THIS IS THE WORST ONLINE SELLER EVER. They send me a second hand phone with an italian catalogue.(no english catalogue). When I called them, they told me to ship it back on MY EXPENSE. After shipping the phone and 2 weeks of follow up, they refunded money deducting 15% from it saying restocking. I ended up loosing $22 for their mistake...WORST ONLINE BUYING experience ever.

Man oh man, these guys are the pits. Customer service sucks big time and best part is they don't care about customers. They want business on their terms. They are not at all customer friendly leave alone International customers.
DON'T Buy from them who knows what you will get.

Never trust this store! I ordered an unlocked phone which did not work with the T mobile sim card.I straight away returned the phone but they refused to give me a full refund. their stupid argument was that what if it does not work with T obile!there are a bunch of other providers other than T mobile. why do they say unlocked then? I have made at leasta dozen phone calls and still not able to get my refund.
I would not recommed anybody to buy a product from this store!

WOULD NEVER BUY FROM HERE!!! VERY VERY UNRELIABLE!!! NEVER HAD SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE BEFORE!!GAVE US A RUNAROUND FOR A WEEK AND EVEN THEN WERE NON-COMMITTAL ON THE DELIVERY!!!ENDED UP CANCELLING THE ORDER!! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!

Even though the websites says “available” The representative told me I would have to wait until the product became in stock. Shipping was totally fast, which was good and I got my product soon.

I had to order a phone to send to my sister abroad. Cellhut had the right tri-band device available. I waited 20 mins. On hold and talked to a customer rep. They said I would have to wait a week before it could ship out. I finally got my product.

DONT BUY FROM THESE GUYS! I ordered a LG Viewty (US Version)and when I got the phone the user manuals where in spanish. The biggest problem was returning the phone. They would not supply a shipping label so I had to spend an extra $9 on shipping. When the phone arrived at the cellhut warehouse through UPS I didnt get a email saying they were prosessing the return. Its been 10 days and i havent heard back from cellhut about my return.
