Customer service sucks. Order on 02/22/06 and 02/23/06. As of 03/01/06 product still has not shipped. Called several time to talk to a person only to get voice mail and no call back.

They aren't answering my eMail requests for a partial return of this order. Items to return are unopened and therefore new and resaleable but I'm getting no response. It looks like I'll have to consider purchases to be one-way only with no return privileges in the future. I received on 06/05/2007. I should have 15 days to return according to their posted policy. 6 days after receiving it, I should have 9 more days but they are ignoring multiple eMail transmissions to their RMA department.

I ordered ink cartridges. They sent the wrong cartridges that did not match the packing slip. They are slow to respond to phone calls and emails. Slow to provide a refund to my credit card. There must be better companies out there.

I placed this order to be shipped by USPS (even my final order receipt states that). They claimed that their site says that for orders over a certain weight the shipping is "upgraded" to FedEx Ground, and they changed the shipping method without asking me.  
So, be careful about the shipping method while you are ordering! Your final shipping method may not be correctly reflected on your final confirmed order receipt.

Excellent prices and quick shipment. Was a little leary of the quality at first but could not see a difference with manufacturer ink cartridges. This is my second order and plan to order again.

Purchased 12 ink cartridges for an Epson R200 Photo printer. Epson ink would have cost $200. These cartridges cost $20 (on sale). The cartridges work perfectly in the printer. Color looks fine for printing web pages, kid's drawings, etc. There are random ink spots on the page sometimes and I wouldn't do a high quality photo with this. Very satisfied overall - makes it affordable to use this printer again.
