Excellent service and price. Had the order in hand 3 days after ordering. I bought a mini-HDMI cable for 1/4 of what I would have paid for a name-brand cable. And the cable works perfectly.  
 
This was my first order to FireFold, but it will not be my last. I probably would not have tried them if it were not for the excellent reviews on ResellerRatings. The great reviews are justified!

The website was easy to navigate (I have ordered from them before). The item was out of stock when I first looked. A few days later it was back in stock and I ordered it, as they always have good quality merchandise at the best price I could find. They shipped the same day and the USPS delivered it in about a week as I chose to have it sent first class mail (the least expensive way)

I bought one of their cell phone repeaters for my home and I am extremely happy with both the product and Firefold's service. I ordered the product on Monday morning and it arrived the following Wednesday. Awesome service!

Bought USB cables. At least 10 times cheaper (compare to Bestbuy, Circuitcity or Microcenter). Among other online merchants, they are still cheaper. Transaction was secure; but, website needs some visual improvements. I requested standard shipment and it was fast enough. Received items exactly as described. So, I gave 95/100.  
 
Today, I received a call from a gentleman (order follow up). He asked my overall experience with them and we had short conversation. So, I decided revise my feedback and gave 5/100 more courtesy bonus. Therefore, 100/100. Nicely done.

Excellent Service! I had my order in 2 days, and everything was perfect! Excellent quality goods, and great customer service! I'll be ordering from this seller again!

I ordered a 48 port patch pane with built in LED indicators and 3-1000' rolls of Cat5e. After running the cable and terminating the jacks, I used my personal network tester to test my lines and kept getting readings saying there were shorts and miswirings. Needless to say I wasn't thrilled - about 2700' of cable laid and now I'm thinking I have bad cable and would have to do it again... As it turns out, after using a spare Patch Panel to check my wiring, the problem is that the my personal network tester(IDEAL LINKMASTER)isn't compatible with the Patch Panel's built in circuitry, which was casuing my faulty readings. I called up FIREFOLD and spoke with the manager, and was told that it wasn't his problem because his network testers that he sells work with the panel. I don't have a problem with that but there is no disclaimer or note saying that when reading the specs of the above-mentioned panel.  
He really wasn't too understanding to my problem and didn't seem to interested in doing the right thing by me and pay for the return or even offer a discount on a replacement. But, due to my deadline I ordered the replacement panel and RMA'd the original Panel. I didn't have any time to shop around... Although they have fairly decent prces and great selection I am not too sure if I will order from them again - just on principal. It's not my fault that there wasn't a disclaimer. Not too satisfied but atleast my work will get done...

Fairly priced. Fast shipping. Where else do you need to go for a price and service like this? Cables work like a charm.

A bit frustrating because Google Checkout was not functional and had to fill out a login form with them. However, the price is right and the selection was ample. Excellent, elegant web site, and I did some comparison shopping and ended up coming back despite the Google Checkout problem.

Ordered on Monday. UPS had it in my office at 11AM Tuesday! Amazing shipping times. I never even realized how close their warehouse is to me.  
 
Quality products and at a great price.  
 
I will let EVERYONE know about you guys.

update 10-24: a mistake -- second order had one cable wrong. sent a message to them -- they sent the right one and a prepaid mailer to return the wrong one.  
 
can't ask for more than that. still very satisfied.  
 
Update 11/17/2007: Third order -- optical cable -- ontime and perfect. Just sent fourth order...  
I will stop updating this store unless something changes. They're always great, why be redundant :-)

I would highly recommend shopping at FireFold for cables, they are out of this world for the best prices, even better than Tiger Direct. I will go no place else for cables, the selection and prices are unbeatable. As for shipping, they took at least three days longer than Tiger Direct, other than that shop at the FireFold website.

Great selection and prices. Shipping costs are high :( Shipping is also very slow. Order placed on September 8th, did not receive until September 17th. Via UPS Ground. Other shipping options are available, if you are willing to pay the even higher costs.  
However, no one else really comes close to Firefold at the moment, will buy from them in the future.

Extremely low price for the cable I got, and it's perfect! This site is amazing, I hope that nobody ever blows money on way overpriced cables elsewhere again.
