I ordered LCD TV wallmount for 60 inch TV but received wallmount for 32 inch TV. Fire Fold did not respond on any my e-mails. This is the first and the last time I order something in this store.

I ordered a 48 port patch pane with built in LED indicators and 3-1000' rolls of Cat5e. After running the cable and terminating the jacks, I used my personal network tester to test my lines and kept getting readings saying there were shorts and miswirings. Needless to say I wasn't thrilled - about 2700' of cable laid and now I'm thinking I have bad cable and would have to do it again... As it turns out, after using a spare Patch Panel to check my wiring, the problem is that the my personal network tester(IDEAL LINKMASTER)isn't compatible with the Patch Panel's built in circuitry, which was casuing my faulty readings. I called up FIREFOLD and spoke with the manager, and was told that it wasn't his problem because his network testers that he sells work with the panel. I don't have a problem with that but there is no disclaimer or note saying that when reading the specs of the above-mentioned panel.
He really wasn't too understanding to my problem and didn't seem to interested in doing the right thing by me and pay for the return or even offer a discount on a replacement. But, due to my deadline I ordered the replacement panel and RMA'd the original Panel. I didn't have any time to shop around... Although they have fairly decent prces and great selection I am not too sure if I will order from them again - just on principal. It's not my fault that there wasn't a disclaimer. Not too satisfied but atleast my work will get done...
They shipped the wrong item. The invoice was correct but the packer put the wrong item in the bag. They were very nice when I called and let me keep the wrong item but they shipped via USPS again so I have to wait for the correct item. UPS would have been nice.
Update: Its now 8 days since they shipped the correct part and I still don't have it yet. That's a total of 15 days between the wrong order and the right one. Why can't they do the right thing and ship their mistakes via UPS? Never again will I use them.

Great selection and prices. Shipping costs are high :( Shipping is also very slow. Order placed on September 8th, did not receive until September 17th. Via UPS Ground. Other shipping options are available, if you are willing to pay the even higher costs.
However, no one else really comes close to Firefold at the moment, will buy from them in the future.
Purchasing was no problem, Product has taken forever and still haven't recieved it. Seller idicated that item was shipped the same day as purchase. Ten days later I still haven't received the item. DRSPARKER@ADELPHIA.NET

You selected First Class Mail via USPS - something we do not recommend but offer as a UPS alternative. We shipped everything the same day and put it into the postal services hands.
A quote from our shipping policy -

Please note that USPS shipping is NOT a delivery time guaranteed service. If your order is time-sensitive or requires delivery by a certain date, please choose 3rd Day, 2nd Day, or Next Day shipping method instead. Based on our experience, 98% of USPS shipments have been delivered within 2-7 business days. The USPS does not provide detailed tracking for your package. "
If you do not like the service USPS provides please rate them on their service - not us.
i recieved but didn't use the equipment yet , i thought the box should have packing inside styrofoam beans or paper.
Is the merchandise imported no brand name.
Web page was easy to navigate and found exactly what I needed. Ordering was easy and hassle free. I've done business with Firefold before and they were very helpful and friendly.
Ordered product on Monday...delivered to me on Wednesday. Great products...Awesome price...smoking fast delivery...had everything in stock..I would definately recommend this website to a friend...great overall experience.
I don't write a lot of reviews, but this is the 3rd or 4th time I've used Firefold now. The prices are right and the shipping/processing is incredibly fast.
It was easy to find what I was looking for and order from the website. My order arrived a couple of days sooner than they said it would. AND they saved me $30 on the 2 cables I purchased! Who wouldn't like fast service and saving $30?!
Great company with great prices and great products. I've ordered from them a number of times before. The quality of their audio/video cables is excellent. They're just as good as any high-end cable you'll find in stores, but at literally half the price. This may be a bit "off topic", but if you're going to buy audio/video cables, you'll find no one better than Firefold.

Firefold has always been on top of there game when it came to all my orders. I found in February during an online search for 1.3b HDMI cables for my new LCD. I will shop no other!
FireFold is batting 1000. Two orders, both shipped and delivered as promised. All items working great. I used their online support and it was helpfull as well.
