These guys are awesome! FedEx lost my package, which is not their fault, but they went the extra mile in trying to help find the lost package and sent another replacement quickly once it was determined the package was not to be found. FedEx really messed up badly and ClubIT really took control. Here is what I wrote to ClubIT:

Not just because you shipping my replacement software so quickly, but because there are humans there in a fantastic customer service department who respond to inquiries and are sympathetic to the needs and dilemmas of their customers.
