Had never heard of ClubIT till recently. Have purchased several 2GB RAM kits and some memory cards from ClubIT since discovering them. Great prices, quick shipping, reasonable shipping costs. I'm always looking for good deals, but am very careful about where I shop online. ClubIT is on a very short list of online merchants that I have absolutely no hesitation about buying from.

I went with ClubIT simply because they had the cheapest price on the memory I needed. But after completing the order I'm happy to report that their low price was backed by equally impressive customer service and competitive shipping time (3-4 days), a rare combination.

I've always received great customer service from ClubIT. Great prices and a decent selection. Email response time is a little long, but they're very prompt on the phone. They offered to replace a defective product even though it was past the 30-day guarantee and most other vendors would have shoveled me off to the manufacturer.

My bank would not allow me to add an alternate shipping address, which ClubIT requires for security. Being a security engineer, I understand this. After a call to ClubIT they offered to contact my bank, Wells Fargo (who destroy anything they touch) and they shipped my order! Thank you, ClubIT!
