Bear with me here: 1. Bought inexpensive product I couldn't use at the time, because it ended up being free after rebates. 2. Later installed into new motherboard -- after 30 day ClubIT return period, so I'm now on manufacturer's warranty, and... well, you guessed it: DOA. 3. Attempted (more times than I can remember) to contact unresponsive manufacturer (Abit, whose products I will NEVER buy, based on this experience) who first just didn't respond and then, after multiple long-distance calls and further emails, gave me conflicting information. 4. ClubIT followed up independently (again, I took the risk on the timing just to get the rebate) and fixed the problem completely without any prompting from me. Great service, and from the junk (ahem) I was being fed by Abit, may have swallowed the cost of the Abit board to keep me happy. Great job, and they've become one of my bookmarked stores I always check with.
