I had a problem with a ClubIT mail-in rebate. After posting a negative review here, they contacted me and agreed to rectify the problem. It's nice to see a company actively trying to maintain a high score here.
Other than the rebate check problem, my order was fine.

Order placed on 11/23 arrived 11/26...very good! However, rebate form mailed to Club IT on 11/26 was only acknowledged on 12/24, adding a full 4 weeks to the 8 to 12 weeks required to receive a check...pretty bad!
Ordered a OEM cpu on the weekend. Was shipped out fast and well packaged. My only gripe is that their Customer Service is closed on the weekend and there is no online method for canceling orders. I mistakenly ordered a OEM when I wanted the retail, and used their form to send an email to cancel my order just minutes after it was placed. Still, they informed me early Monday that my order had been picked by FedEx on Sunday and couldn't be retrieved. They definitely should install a cancel button! Anyway, Customer Service told me to refuse delivery and that there wouldn't be any charges but FedEx just dropped it at my door. I decided to keep it anyway (they gave me a partial refund since the price had dropped again) since I'm too lazy to drive it to FedEx and it was my mistake, not theirs. I give them credit for very fast responses to my emails and good prices.
This was a first time buying experience, a happenstance find for this shop. The prices are better than I ever expected. The service is grand. the shipping is reasonable with some sales having free shipping and the delivery was perfect and quick. They have a wide inventory and they definitly have arepeat customer.
I loved these guys! This was my first experience ever dealing with them. The price was great, the shipping was lightning fast, and best of all, it was exactly like they described it. I'll definitely use them again.
You really couldn't ask for better customer service. It's very nice when a company can run to the wharehouse to check a model number you're asking about. Bigger online merchants like ***egg.com either cannot or they will not, often due to the size of the operation, go to a wharehouse and look at a model number or revision on a part. ClubIT called me back in the morning, because I had so many questions, and they made sure my order was to my satisfaction before shipping. I recieved my order as expected and quick as ***egg.com. They compete for your business by checking the competitors low prices and beating them. I saved 7.00 over one of the best online merchants. 7 dollars is 7 dollars. I will definatly buy again. ClubIT when possible please stock a few niche' items and those like Nexus fans, Sythe fans, ...Thermalright heatsinks? Noone likes to have multiple orders from different sites. I would have ordered it all from ClubIT. You may need to find those nice heatsinks and quiet fans elswhere. I'll be back and shop again and thank you. No offense to "***egg.com" ..whoever they are.

This was my first order from ClubIT and will not be my last.
Ordered a Gigabyte motherboard from them as they were, at the time, the only retailer guaranteeing a specific version of that particular board. This was an important distinction as this version supported specific processors and had significant changes to its construction.
True to their advertisement, the board arrived and was exactly what was said it was. The packaging was excellent and shipping was fast.
Thanks ClubIT....this may have been my first order from you but it won't be my last!
