I had a problem with a ClubIT mail-in rebate. After posting a negative review here, they contacted me and agreed to rectify the problem. It's nice to see a company actively trying to maintain a high score here.  
 
Other than the rebate check problem, my order was fine.

Bought some RAM. Ordering was easy. Not much to say because everything went right. They are now on my short list of companies I will consider using for my next purchase.

Exceptional customer service. They cross shipped a bad X48 board. Better than newegg by far! I'll buy again soon.

I didn't order anything special - just a microSD card. The ordering was easy and processing quick. I'm not thrilled that it took four months to get the $5 rebate back.

Clubit had the best deal for the Logitech g9 at the time; it cost nearly the same as the g5, very nice.  
 
Shipping was good, everything arrived as described.

Made my first purchase from ClubIT 4-6-2008 & bought a Via PC3500G motherboard. Not only was it the best price I found but included free shipping! The package shipped on the 7th & was at my door on the 10th. Good price, fast & efficient processing and delivery. What more can one ask for? Will definitely being shopping with ClubIT again. OUTSTANDING service couldn't be happier with a company that DELIVERS in every sense of the word. This place deserves a 10. Other places with somehow higher ratings could take a lesson from these guys.

Club-it had very quick on concise email confirmation. The prices were good and all the material came in a quick and well package container. Simply said...its all good!

Order arrived in good order earlier than predicted.  
Will shop there again.
