I am a methodical researcher when I make a big item purchase and I looked into many boutique game builders before I decided on choosing Vigor. With today's economy I had to make a decision to still maintain the build quality that I wanted but at a reasonable price. With today's economy I had to make a decision to still maintain the build quality that I wanted but at a reasonable price. Vigor was very competitive in this area and came in at the price range I wanted.
I am not a technician but do know a little about gaming pc's but very much appreciated the advice and suggestions that were made. The sales adviser was able to give a good explanation as to why it would be better to go with this build as opposed to what I may have originally started.
The build time was completed as promised without delays or issues. After the delivery and I had unpacked the computer I found no shipping damages or problems.
The computer is running without flaws or hiccups. I am still moving files, programs and data from my old machine and I have yet to have any concerns as of this date.
As far as gaming the Vigor computer is great. I have played Fallout 3, World of Warcraft, and The Witcher and the graphics and framerates are amazing.
I will end with saying, if you are researching for a gaming computer put Vigor at the top of your list. One other reason I chose Vigor was the results maintained on this website and the high customer evaluations. I also wanted to thank Chuck at Vigor for working with me. So far if things remain the same without issue, you all did a great job.

I have absolutely no complaint, but tons of good things to say about this company. I ordered my custom pc on Oct.14 morning, and they called within 20 minutes to confirm the order and make sure that I know that despite having ordered 4GB of RAM, on XP it can only utilize up to 3GB and I'll need Vista to make full use of the RAM.
The order was shipped on Oct.24 via UPS and it arrived on Oct.29. Everything came as I ordered and worked perfectly. I cannot be happier!

First off I would like to say that the customer service has been good over all since I placed my order with Vigor 9/19/2008. As for as the product goes so far i`m having a little trouble. Hoping it would be taking care of quickly. I orderd my 3k laptop while on deployment to Afganistan and was in contact with Daisy throught the whole time I was in the sandbox. She was very helpful! There was a little trouble with my shipping, but that was mostly on my part because I was sending the laptop to a friends house because i was not home yet, but anyways after all that was worked out I still had to wait about another week for my RAM to get in because the RAM I had purcashed was not in stock (Vigor gave me 3 day shipping for this). I didn`t mind waiting the extra week. I received my Laptop on the 10/21/08, But had to wait to use it due to the fact that I was still on the move. After getting home 10/27/08 I turned it on and it ran beautiful it was fast and worked better than I thought it would, however after I got up the next day to turn it on 10/28/08 The screen only displayed a black screen The system it self still sounds like it runs fine but there is no display of images at all on the screen. I have sent a e-mail to Vigor and will probably call them soon. Will post an update after the problem is fixed.

I love everything about Vigor Gaming. Their service was spectacular, one of their engineers, Chuck Morris, helped me out so much when making important decisions about my computer. Get service! I even liked the price, I thought it wasn't too bad for the quality PC I would be getting. Also, I didn't know it was possible to get that much bubble wrap around a computer. I was so proud to see that my computer was shipped properly and taken care of during travel. Thank you Vigor for everything you've done for me and I would love to do business with you in the future. I ordered a laptop a little over a year ago through them, and it was the best laptop I have ever owned. Until recently, when a power surge went through it. Sad day it was. The computer still worked like normal but with 2 usb ports gone and a few graphical quirks. I have ordered another laptop from them (I can't go without a laptop at school), and will be sending the first one back to be repaired when I receive the 2nd one. So far they have been excellent with their customer service. They are a little hard to understand with their accents, but that doesn't matter since they are very pleasant to speak with and they try to help anyway they can. If my new laptop is as good (or better) of an experience with my first, this company will have a customer for life.

I was extremely satisfied with the service Vigor Gaming has provided, both with the products recieved and support. I have purchased gaming PC's and notebooks from multiple companies similar to Vigor Gaming, but by far VG has outdone the compitition! I will now use Vigor for all of my gaming PC needs. Keep up the good work!

With the reviews here on resllerratings.com and all the other websites it eased my mind about buying a computer from Vigor. I was looking to get a gaming computer from anyone but Alienware as the experience i had with them was absolutely horrible. And will never buy from Alienware again. (but thats another story) Bought a Force Recon SP (with a few slight mods to the standard) on sept 24th. so far so good. i got in touch with them very easily the next day as i had a few questions, which they were extremely helpful with. My date when its supposed to be shipped out is the 7th. not sure how long it will take after that to get here. but im very excited nonetheless. ill update here later with my experience once it gets here.
Update: 10/10/08 - Got my computer and its a beauty. I cant even believe how sick this computer is. No problems at all from the delivery. i booted it right up..customized it with some games and away i go. Vigors computers are special. im extremely happy with this purchase and would recommend vigor computers to anyone looking to buy. This review was modified by its author, cmb572, on

I love there customer service, there very friendly, very helpful, if you ordered from Microsoft or any other company either than Vigor you won't get even half of the helpfulness your looking for. I wanted a computer that was fast, cheep, that's what I got, the computer I bought from them I found the same computer almost for about 2,000$ more, is that a deal or what? I'd order from Vigor any day.

I recently ordered a computer from Vigor Gaming, and was slightly skeptical because they were not a big name company. However, after dealing with them and their customer service, I have to say that they are a great company.
My computer is running well, and I am very satisfied. I have no doubt in my mind that if I purchase another custom computer, it will be from vigor gaming.

Vigor has great pricing and a great reputation. I’ve built my own computer before but found that putting together this caliber of computer really wouldn’t have saved me much – and with expert builders and 3 years of warranty it was a no brainer to go with Vigor.
Putting together exactly what I wanted was easy with all of the options. They called and asked if I had any questions and verified everything was compatible. It came just a couple of weeks later, packaged in a big box with form fitting foam padding – not peanuts. All of the CDs, dongles, and extra cables came in the motherboard box along with a binder of Vigor’s FAQs. I made sure that everything was seated correctly. A small negative was being surprised to see that they used the old flat style cables for the floppy and DVD drives. The cable management is great so it doesn’t affect cooling, but still. Everything worked great the first time and maxed out Vista’s performance test in everything but RAM (which is a 5.2 out of 5.9). The mouse that came with the computer seems a bit cheap, but I can’t expect much from a $3 optical PS2 mouse. The only thing I’d change would be to skip the keyboard/mouse and go for the extra case fans, although the 6600 quad core runs at a cool 39 C idle with their heat sink/fan combo.
All told, I’m very happy with this purchase and will look to Vigor for my next computer.

I've so far had my unit for close to a year now and so far i've had no issues......at all(FLAWLESS).
i'm very satisfied to have made a VERY good decision to pick VIGOR over other gaming pc builders. I was previously looking at purchasing from Falcon N-W and was more or less set on them. After reviewing this same website about a year ago I decided on Vigor mainly because of the comments left here (and not to mention the price difference).
So rewinding back a year ago I ordered my PC and took more or less about 3 weeks to get to me. While in process I probrobly checked about three times to see what the current status of my order was. It's funny because the same associate (Daisy) would always help me each time I called and she always sounded as if nothing in her day was going bad happy happy happy she was....you dont see service like that these days at
all......anywho...while in the process I changed RAM and added a soundcard and that did not slow things down on the delivery at all.
The only bad thing I think i CAN say is that they informed me they could not overclock my PC. Not that I really cared for it but again its the only bad thing i can really say which is no biggie to me. They gave me the option to either change my M.B or go on....i choose the latter.
After receiving my PC and taking it out of the box it was a BEAST bigger than I expected. I plugged it in and ever since its been sitting here playing all my games.
Again, i'm a very satisfied customer and look to buy my laptop from them in the near future. I may sound like someone writing from their company but no i'm not...just a very happy gamer wanting to give Vigor a big THUMBS UP!!!

My experience with the company and the system I ordered has been very satisfactory. All time frames provided were met (but man, it's hard to wait 2 1/2 weeks for your new toy!)
The box was bigger than I expected, due to the packing of the system. When moved, the box made a thump like something was loose - it was the box for the motherboard with all the cds, dvds and bits and baubles you get when you buy a piece of hardware at retail. VERY PLEASANT SURPRISE as most companies keep those items. The system was wired very professionally and it was a breeze to add my two optical drives from the old system.
For the extra $150.00 or so Vigor charges over other companies you see advertised in PC Gamer, it is WELL WORTH IT. You have more choices where it counts - in the hardware. Any gamer friends I have will be told to order from Vigor.
Oh, and I love my system - its quick, Vista is just fine and I'm very happy I ordered from Vigor.

This is by far the best computer company I have ever dealt with. I have purchased from a dozen or so computer company last few years for my consulting business, and I have found Vigor to be one of the easiest to work with. Their website is very clean but full with options. Sales personnel is very attentive and knowledgeable. Both Pre and Post technical supports are superb. Price is fair consider the work and support that comes with it. I highly recommend Vigor and will use them for my consulting business from now on.

Vigor Gaming is one of the BEST experiences I've had placing an order with anyone, let alone for a computer online. They are attentive and deliver expedient and excellent customer service. My machine is in top form and runs like a race car.

So far so good it shipped 2 days earilyer then expected(25th aug). Customer service has been great as well easy to talk to fast email response. I will update the actually machine when it comes friday 29th.
