I ordered my T7N on 1/8/09 and promptly received a phone call confirming the order and received the computer 2 weeks later. I ordered from this company based on the reviews and a positive write up in a major magazine. Upon first start up, the computer display was distorted and I had to call customer service to find out what was going on. They were very knowledgeable and assisted me in popping out one of the video cards to send back to them. This being my 8th computer ordered from various companies since 1993, I expected something to go wrong - its just part of owning a computer. They sent me the new card before I even mailed the broken card and when I called they promptly helped me get it up and running. This is a small company and I would definitely recommend them based on the quality of the product and the customer service - and the computer itself runs fast as heck, a little loud, but I didn't feel like spending the extra money for water cooling.

The computer I ordered is amazing. They even shipped 2 days earlier than what the original estimate was. Would buy from this company again for any other computer needs

I've bought gaming systems from two other companies and by far Vigor is the way to go. They have GREAT costumer service and their website is easy to navigate.  
I received my Force Recon SP, (I'm a huge AMD fan) and all I had to do is open the box and plug it in. The machine Vigor built is hands down the best computer I've ever owned.  
I strongly recommend Vigor to computer enthusiast young and old, you will be astonished by their performance and quality.  
They have a customer for life.  

I am very happy with my new pc. I had a few problems when pc arrived. The video card was bad. They sent out a new one and it fixed the problem. The mobo network card lan connection was also bad. Bought a network card for $25 and they reimbursed me. After that pc has been working great. Wayne N in tech support was very helpful and spent a lot for his time on the phone with me solving my minor problems. Thanks very much. I bought this.

The website was great, easy to configure a machine you wanted and the customer service was great. They contacted me the next day to confirm my purchase. Only issue was UPS shipping which damaged my machine during the delivery and it took 2 weeks to get it back fixed. But Wayne from Customer Support was very helpful and kept me up to date throughout the whole process. I might suggest to Vigor not to use UPS for their shipping in the future.

I am a new addition to the pc gaming comunity, therfore, I don't know much about gaming computers. After shopping around for several months, I came across Vigor Gaming and decided that I would check it out. I was treated very well by Vigor's staff and had all my questions answered, so I orderd my first system. about 12 hours later I received a phone call from Vigor about my pc and and was aloud to make a few changes and even given an upgrade to my power suply!  
About 2 and a half weeks later my system arrived. I had a few minor gliches, but Vigor helped me through them all. All in all, I received the fastest pc I have ever seen or used and I will definitly be thinking of Vigor in the future should I need another!

I looked around for a good, reliable website to buy a new gaming PC from. I came across Vigor and thought the website looked very well put together and organized. The amount of customization they allow you on your PC, everything basically, is wonderful and very helpful. Their PC's are very nice looking and affordable. Their customer service is also friendly and helped me whenever I needed it. In addition, their Order Status option is handy if you want to see how your PC is doing so far. All in all I would say Vigor Gaming is a very professional and wonderful website.

I'm very happy with my new computer from Vigor Gaming. I had done some research for about a month prior to ordering my computer with them. They had very positive reviews on here and their price was much better than what I could find elsewhere when I configured the type of computer I wanted.  
 
I had one question prior to placing my order and it was promptly answered. After I ordered, I got a call to confirm the order and was told it would take two weeks which is what I expected. I finally got my computer earlier this week and it's been great! I started using it immediately and have had no problems whatsoever.  
 
I would definitely recommend this company to anyone interested in purchasing a high quality gaming computer.

Machine worked fine for first five days, but suddenly went dead. It took ten minutes to run one program. Called support, got unhelpful foreign I could barely understand. Lackluster return.

THe company was very easy to work with. Their customer service was the best I have ever seen. The day after I purchaced the product the company called me to review my order, and ask me if I had any questions which I did. They put me on with a tech right away. With my questions the tech answered them honestly, and he knew what he was talking about. They then put me back on with customer service, and they explained how long everything was going to take and what they were going to do. The day I recieved the computer I was looking over it, and I had a few more questions. I called and was put on with a tech right away and they were able to answer everything right their. The product has worked perfectly since I recieved it. It is exactly what I ordered, and met all my expectations. When the time comes for a new computer I will definatly be buying from them again.

I ordered a Force Recon T7N with a Core i7 920, MSI x58 Platinum SLI, 3GB Kingston HyperX (1600 Mhz), Cooler Master 850W PSU, 1TB 7200 hard drive, MSI GTX 260. I originally contemplated about building my own system but with grad school and work, my motivation of becoming a self-taught integrator was not up to par. So after much research, I decided to go with Vigor Gaming. I researched 15 computer integrators and configured about 50 systems before deciding to go with Vigor. Their price, reputation and prompt email responses put them ahead of everyone else. The computer functioned beautifully without any hitches right out of the box. I’ve been able to overclock my rig to 4.2 GHz from 2.67 GHz (turbo on, HT off, stable on Prime95 and OCCT). There are only two minor infractions regarding my build: incorrect description of RAM on the configuration menu (which was promptly corrected after I notified Vigor) and the wiring could have been better to improve airflow from the three intake fans on the Antec 1200. Despite these minor shortcomings, I’m quite smitten about my Vigor desktop and would seriously consider making my next computer purchase from them.  

After dealing with vigor gaming I have one word to say: Awesome! Their customer service is beyond any company on this planet they are great. I ordered my computer and there was an error and it shipped with stock cooling customer service was first to admit there was a mistake and took care of the problem instantly. I would recommend this company to anyone. They are awesome and their support is great and responds quickly.

vigor was great at every step of the way. any questions i had were answered very quickly by e-mail, and every time i contacted vigor by phone to discuss anything i spoke to the same girl. very nice by the way. they were very focused on making the buyer happy. they even overclocked my new i7 processor from 2.66 to 3.01 for no extra charge. very nice. great company. and an AWESOME rig.
