Im still waiting to recieve my VIGOR Gaming Artourous laptop. I placed my order August 3rd and it is now August 20th and I was told i would recieve or that my computer would be shipped by the 17th of August. I guess I am simply anxious to recieve my new computer, but their shipping / testing timeframe has passed and that makes me question the product before recieving it. They have their money, but i dont have my new computer.

Great experience. so far everything has gone smoothly. Would definately recommend.

Received my Vigor PC, worked perfectly for a week then power supply dead because of the power outrage happened in my area. I spent only about 5  
minutes with their tech support and they cross shipped a new power supply to me. I have to say their tech support is Incredible. Now my computer works perfectly again.  
Good price, Great quality and Customer service/Tech Support. I will recommend Vigor Gaming to all my friends.  

The waiting is the hardest part. I knew this when I ordered based on what I've read here. Any computer you buy is going to be as good as the sum of all it's parts no matter who you get it from. I chose Vigor, first, on what other comsumers have said and secondly, on the price... I could not match the low price per feature at any of the other gaming builders sites. The two of the other top names I was researching also had very happy customers, but if a could save a few hundred dollars then that's the way to go. I am glad I chose Vigor because I did save some money and got a high performance computer that exceeded my expectations. I didn't have a lot of correspondence with customer service, but what little I did their response was quick. The one time I called I didn't have to wait long and I was satisfied with the outcome. I went with the Force Recon T7N and from what I read on various websites about the configuration there may be a bit of overkill on the power, but even Tim the Toolman would have to agree there is no such thing as too much power, because you never know what your going to need down the road. It does everything I want it to do and it's a relief not to have to play with settings just to get a decent frame rate.  
Thank you Vigor, I highly recommend this company and would have know problem buying from them again, hopefully they will still be around for the next one!

I ordered a Vigor Force Recon T7N from Vigor gaming on a Saturday morning through their web interface. The web interface was simple and easy to use, with some helpful information for those of us who aren't hardware specialists. I placed the order and then received a confirmation email and a follow-up telephone call from their sales representative to confirm configuration, billing and shipping. I was given a ship date and a web reference to track my order's status, which worked quite well. On the ship-date, I received another telephone call explaining one part was back-ordered, and giving me a revised ship date seven days hence; however, they completed the system and shipped it three days later -- ahead of the revised ship date. The packages arrived in good condition, with all supporting documentation and s/w CDs, and my system operates fantastically. The system is beautiful, has neat cabling inside (visible through a clear case cut-out) -- very professional. I'm very pleased and recommend Vigor unconditionally.

Ordered a PC, wanted 2nd day. Got ground. After wrestling with UPS, I finally got the PC, however the video card is apparently broke.  
 
However, after a simple walkthrough, a tech confirmed issue was video card, and a free upgrade is coming.  
 
Not perfect, but cannot beat the customer service if things go sour.

I had been doing ALOT of shopping around before I finally came to and decided on buying a Vigor gaming rig. And let me teel you, it was WELL worth the money!  
I was originally going to TRY to buy from Alieanware computer. But the computer that I wanted got WAY out of my price range when I added in shipping & Handeling. (Like over $5,000.00!!!) So I wrote down the spec.'s that I wanted and looked at what other companies were offering. And Vigor beat them out! I got pretty much the EXACT SAME performance that I would've gotten out of an Alienware without the price tag! 9I think I saved like, $1,750.00!)  
My Delta Force AE looks and performs OUTSTANDINGLY! I can play Crysis and The Witcher in FULL SPEC's with NO LAG and NO PROBLEMS!!! I'm on all the time now and am always blown away with what this bad boy can do for me!  
Not to mention that their Customer Support is INCREADIBLE! They stayed in constant contact with me on whatever the issue was until it was resolved. Weather it was me just doing something wrong or if I had troubble getting a game to work properly. They helped me through it. If I EVER need to buy another computer again I will MOST DEFINATLEY be buying form them again. They are EXCELENT and I couldn't be more pleased!

I had been planning for months to order a custom built computer and spent a great deal of time researching the different online shops. I narrowed it down to three stores and ultimately decided on Vigor because of their outstanding ratings here and because of their very competitive pricing.  
 
The most difficult part of the process for me was having to wait for my computer, but that is no fault of Vigor's. I ordered on May 5th and the computer was delivered on May 28th. Chuck was a huge help prior to me placing the order. It was obvious that he knew what he was talking about and that he wasn't trying to upsell me. Also, he was honest about the shortage of GTX295s and convinced me to go with an SLI setup of GTX275s (which, according to online reviews, is a better and cheaper solution).  
 
The good: The employees at Vigor are very friendly and knowledgeable, and when they don't know something they get someone who does. The computer itself is OUTSTANDING! Incredibly fast, stable (after an update; see below), and it's obvious that they took a lot of time with the wiring to make sure airflow was good. I am rocking incredible frame rates at the highest settings on all of the most demanding games.  
 
The bad: The only issue for me was that my computer was not overclocked by Vigor. When I called about it, they said that I didn't request it which was a bit frustrating since there is not an option to request overclocking on their order page and they didn't ask if I'd want it when they called to confirm my order. I would have thought that overclocking the system would be understood particularly with the configuration I chose (ie the HUGE fan cooling the processor!). I was able to overclock the system myself, but I would have preferred them doing it for me since they're the experts.  
 
I also experienced the dreaded "blue screen of death" four times with three different games, but that issue seems to have been resolved with a Windows update. :)  
 
Overall, I highly recommend Vigor Gaming for their great work and value. You'd be hard pressed to find a company that delivers so much without overcharging.

It's rare to find a company that actually delivers on promises and puts the customer first but Vigor Gaming does both. My computer arrived in perfect condition exactly as specified. Customer service was excellent every step of the way and they bent over backwards to meet my needs. When the GTX 295 video cards were not available for my quad gpu configuration..on back order...they offered me the option of a tri-sli gtx 285 configuration at no extra cost. The entire process was a pleasure...excellent product at an excellent price....

The best customer service in town! Initially, my computer came all banged up. It is like UPS drop my computer from top of a building. However, upon opening the box, the computer survived most of the damage due to excellent packing (Vigor actually packed the computer in a box inside another box). Anyway, to make the long story short, the bios of the computer had been reset due to the shipping. I called up tech support for help and a gentleman by the name of Tony patiently helped me through the bios setup step by step. In addition, he also asked me to open the side up and went through all the components to insure they are safely secured. After about 45 minutes (I don't really know about computer hardware), Tony had me plug the computer back in and voila, it fired right up and everything appears to be in order. The computer had ran flawlessly ever since. Thank you Vigor and Tony for the best customer service I have ever experience. You can't go wrong with Vigor.

Wayne at Vigor PC customer service patiently guided me through the process of getting my computer up and running when it arrived with some issues. One of the reasons I chose Vigor was because of the incredibly high customer service rating they have and I was not disappointed. I don't know if there is another company with this amount of dedication to resolving customer issues. The computer runs perfectly and is a gaming monster. Many thanks to Vigor.

Received my new "Delta Force AE" from Vigorgaming a few days ago. It arived on time and in perfect condition. I opened the side panel to have a look inside and was very pleased to see a clean and tidy interior.  
The "Vigor Cooler Master CM 690 Screwless Chassis" is top notch. Very sleek and well built.  
The system performs as good, if not better, then I hoped.  
This is my first time dealing with VG and I'm well pleased. I wil buy from them again and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who's looking for a great gamming rig at a competitive price.

I ordered my Vigor gaming computer on 4/13/09 around 12 in the afternoon. and got a call to confirm my order about an hour after I made the order and to make sure everything is what I ordered. Then they told me that I would get an E-mail in the next 24 hours with all my info of my customer number/sales number/and date of shipping.  
 
After about 2 hours I got my email. I have yet to get my Computer its supposed to ship out on the 27th of April. About 2 weeks without a computer and its killing me.  
 
I have emailed about the date that it will arrive. and they answered that no problem with thir email that came about an hour later.  
 
The next day I emailed about Overclocking my processor and my Graphics cards and they do that for No charge at all.  
 
 
They email you within the hour or two.  
I have had a gaming computer before from Alienware(OVERPRICED TO THE MAX!) but I did like the computer. Horrible costumer service with some asshole working behind the phone.  
I will update this post once i get my computer.  
 
So fare so good with Vigor gaming computers I recommend for the price and the service.  
 
 
 
So I got my computer two days ago. and it does not work. So I am sending it back and probably waiting another two weeks for a computer.  
 
Besides it not working and me being really pissed at that. The customer service was great. Wayne helped me through many things to do to fix but it did not work. About all day yesterday we talked. Great costumer service. Cant wait to get my fixed computer. So their sending out UPS to pick it up tomorrow so their on top of that! hopefully see it in less than 2 weeks. If not no worry's. Just make it PERFECT this time!!! Till next time!

I was in the market for a new desktop PC and had looked at all the many other gaming PC providers via the web and couldnt get everything I wanted at an affordable price. After looking and configuring the various options on the Vigor site, I did as much research on Vigor as possible (since they were a new name to me) before finally placing an order. Vigor called me to confirm the order while also allowing me to make some minor changes. The computer shipped on time and I received it 3 days later. The system performed perfectly out of the box. I would recommend Vigor to anyone wanting the latest technology in a fully customizable gaming machine. A+++
