I ordered a gaming PC from Vigor in late August. The order processing page was easy to follow and submit, and my order was followed up by a phone call from them within a day of my order being placed.
The order tracker on their website was accurate down to the day the PC shipped out, from assembly through Q/C to final shipment. I was very pleased with being able to see the progress of the order. There was also a second phone call from Vigor the day before the PC shipped out.
This was my first time buying a complete system online.
And this....brings me to Chuck. If there is one reason and one reason alone you should get a gaming PC from Vigor, it is CHUCK! He is the most helpful and friendly customer contact I have ever dealt with online. I had numerous questions regarding my video card, power supply, monitor, and other technical issues while I was setting up my system. Chuck not only answered all my questions, but sometimes responded to my emails within minutes of me sending them. We exchanged no less then ten email communications, and he sent DETAILED and lengthy replies to my inquiries. He just made the whole setup and the whole process an absolute joy! For how he treated me as a customer is worth buying from Vigor alone, but on top of Chuck being a fantastic and knowledgeable friend along the way, Vigor has a great warranty on parts and labor, and you can contact them at any time if any problems arise.
The computer was packaged with great care, it arrived in perfect shape with nothing loose or damaged, and everything was bundled and organized exactly as Chuck described.
The PC is running smooth as can be, and Chuck and the rest of Vigor are on hand to talk you through any problems that come up.
If you are hesitant about buying a PC or gaming PC online, do yourself a favor and do a search of customer reviews of Vigor, you will see five stars over and over again. They have one of the best customer service ratings for PC's, and now I know why!
I purchased a Delta Force AE from vigor and the looks and performance well exceeded my expectations. Less than an hour after ordering online I received a call from them confirming my purchase and computer specs. It was about 2 weeks before i received my computer but during the wait I was able to track the progress and shipping of the computer. All in all my experience ordering from vigor was great
I originally planned to buy a machine from Falcon Northwest which is where I got my desktop from. But this machine was for my wife, not an avid gamer, and the FNW laptops where easily $1000 more and far more machine than she needed. Vigor offered a far greater selection, so you can get a custom built PC with the same attributes that I appreciated with FNW but in a more midstream level system. In short, Vigor had outstanding prices for the components that you received, more variety/levels of computing power to suit your needs, and high level of detail that they put into their products.
But best of all, I did not miss out on outstanding customer service. They were VERY prompt with returning email questions always within a couple of hours. Just a pleasure to deal with! We haven't had any reason to call their customer service or tech support since receiving the computer, so we cannot comment on it. Another factor that played a role in my decision to buy from Vigor is that they were local. If I need to send it back to them, I probably could drive it there as the cost of gas would be less than the cost and hassle of shipping it back UPS.
Thus far, my wife loves her new laptop and particularly the nice custom paint job they did on the case matching very closely the color swatch that I sent them.
Simply the best computer I had ever have. Easy to customize your dream pc with their website, and just sit and wait for it to arrive in about 2 and 1/2 weeks. Runs right out of the box and it is day and night compares to my old Dell. Customer service is very friendly and curtious. I would buy from them again.
Story: First system arrived within time promised. SLI did not work; some other issues; packed it up and sent it back. Second system arrived a few days ago. Vigor had made some changes AND had upgraded the memory for me. SLI is working; sound card had worked loose but fixed that. HOWEVER, none of my games worked; then, the system just froze up. Chuck in customer service was superb. Had to reload the OS and all the drivers, etc... Been a week now and the system is fantastic.
Conclusion: Am I happy? Tough question. Had to ship the system back and it did not work out of the box. Guess that is the chance you take buying via the net. The support was fantastic. They really worked hard to make sure I had exactly what I had ordered. Overall I would order from Vigor again and do recommend them. the only caveat is that if you are someone like me that is not really familiar with the tech side, CALL and go through what you have ordered. The folks will help make sure you get what you order AND that what you order is actually what you need.

Vigor has impressed me with their quick & polite responce to my order. Days after my original order, I asked to upgrade a few parts on this awesome looking laptop that I've ordered for my wife as a birthday present. Between, not totally knowing what I'm doing, and trying to sneak in this order without my wife knowing, has been a little challenging. That is why I changed some components on my order & Vigor was more than happy to make the changes. Can't wait to see it peform. Dave
If I had to choose one word to describe my experience with Vigor Gaming, it would probably be "amazing".
I did a fair amount of research before deciding which builder to go with. Vigor's prompt and ridiculously detailed responses to my questions, and their willingness to help me pick parts for my system based on what I needed to do made the decision pretty easy.
Anthony spent probably more than an hour on the phone with me while we hammered out all the details. He remained friendly and helpful throughout the entire conversation, despite my endless barrage of questions.
I just received the system we configured, and it is up and running right now. I cannot even begin to tell you how perfect it is. After dealing with Vigor I know I got exactly the best system for my needs and will have the longevity I desired.
I have already and will continue to recommend Vigor to anyone looking for a custom gaming system!
I ordered a Vigor Force Recon T7N from Vigor gaming on a Saturday morning through their web interface. The web interface was simple and easy to use, with some helpful information for those of us who aren't hardware specialists. I placed the order and then received a confirmation email and a follow-up telephone call from their sales representative to confirm configuration, billing and shipping. I was given a ship date and a web reference to track my order's status, which worked quite well. On the ship-date, I received another telephone call explaining one part was back-ordered, and giving me a revised ship date seven days hence; however, they completed the system and shipped it three days later -- ahead of the revised ship date. The packages arrived in good condition, with all supporting documentation and s/w CDs, and my system operates fantastically. The system is beautiful, has neat cabling inside (visible through a clear case cut-out) -- very professional. I'm very pleased and recommend Vigor unconditionally.
I had been doing ALOT of shopping around before I finally came to and decided on buying a Vigor gaming rig. And let me teel you, it was WELL worth the money!
I was originally going to TRY to buy from Alieanware computer. But the computer that I wanted got WAY out of my price range when I added in shipping & Handeling. (Like over $5,000.00!!!) So I wrote down the spec.'s that I wanted and looked at what other companies were offering. And Vigor beat them out! I got pretty much the EXACT SAME performance that I would've gotten out of an Alienware without the price tag! 9I think I saved like, $1,750.00!)
My Delta Force AE looks and performs OUTSTANDINGLY! I can play Crysis and The Witcher in FULL SPEC's with NO LAG and NO PROBLEMS!!! I'm on all the time now and am always blown away with what this bad boy can do for me!
Not to mention that their Customer Support is INCREADIBLE! They stayed in constant contact with me on whatever the issue was until it was resolved. Weather it was me just doing something wrong or if I had troubble getting a game to work properly. They helped me through it. If I EVER need to buy another computer again I will MOST DEFINATLEY be buying form them again. They are EXCELENT and I couldn't be more pleased!
I had been planning for months to order a custom built computer and spent a great deal of time researching the different online shops. I narrowed it down to three stores and ultimately decided on Vigor because of their outstanding ratings here and because of their very competitive pricing.
The most difficult part of the process for me was having to wait for my computer, but that is no fault of Vigor's. I ordered on May 5th and the computer was delivered on May 28th. Chuck was a huge help prior to me placing the order. It was obvious that he knew what he was talking about and that he wasn't trying to upsell me. Also, he was honest about the shortage of GTX295s and convinced me to go with an SLI setup of GTX275s (which, according to online reviews, is a better and cheaper solution).
The good: The employees at Vigor are very friendly and knowledgeable, and when they don't know something they get someone who does. The computer itself is OUTSTANDING! Incredibly fast, stable (after an update; see below), and it's obvious that they took a lot of time with the wiring to make sure airflow was good. I am rocking incredible frame rates at the highest settings on all of the most demanding games.
The bad: The only issue for me was that my computer was not overclocked by Vigor. When I called about it, they said that I didn't request it which was a bit frustrating since there is not an option to request overclocking on their order page and they didn't ask if I'd want it when they called to confirm my order. I would have thought that overclocking the system would be understood particularly with the configuration I chose (ie the HUGE fan cooling the processor!). I was able to overclock the system myself, but I would have preferred them doing it for me since they're the experts.
I also experienced the dreaded "blue screen of death" four times with three different games, but that issue seems to have been resolved with a Windows update. :)
Overall, I highly recommend Vigor Gaming for their great work and value. You'd be hard pressed to find a company that delivers so much without overcharging.

The best customer service in town! Initially, my computer came all banged up. It is like UPS drop my computer from top of a building. However, upon opening the box, the computer survived most of the damage due to excellent packing (Vigor actually packed the computer in a box inside another box). Anyway, to make the long story short, the bios of the computer had been reset due to the shipping. I called up tech support for help and a gentleman by the name of Tony patiently helped me through the bios setup step by step. In addition, he also asked me to open the side up and went through all the components to insure they are safely secured. After about 45 minutes (I don't really know about computer hardware), Tony had me plug the computer back in and voila, it fired right up and everything appears to be in order. The computer had ran flawlessly ever since. Thank you Vigor and Tony for the best customer service I have ever experience. You can't go wrong with Vigor.
I looked around for a good, reliable website to buy a new gaming PC from. I came across Vigor and thought the website looked very well put together and organized. The amount of customization they allow you on your PC, everything basically, is wonderful and very helpful. Their PC's are very nice looking and affordable. Their customer service is also friendly and helped me whenever I needed it. In addition, their Order Status option is handy if you want to see how your PC is doing so far. All in all I would say Vigor Gaming is a very professional and wonderful website.
I'm very happy with my new computer from Vigor Gaming. I had done some research for about a month prior to ordering my computer with them. They had very positive reviews on here and their price was much better than what I could find elsewhere when I configured the type of computer I wanted.
I had one question prior to placing my order and it was promptly answered. After I ordered, I got a call to confirm the order and was told it would take two weeks which is what I expected. I finally got my computer earlier this week and it's been great! I started using it immediately and have had no problems whatsoever.
I would definitely recommend this company to anyone interested in purchasing a high quality gaming computer.
