I was contacted within 15 minutes of my transaction. The person I spoke with was very polite and gave me advice\suggestions. Questions and concerns were responded efficiently. As a gamer enthusiast, price and performance means everything to me. After spending a couple days of research and price comparisons, Stealth Machines was by far the leading competitor. With unbeatable prices and awesome service, I was certain this had to be the company to build my dream machine. I highly recommend this site for anyone looking for a satisfying computer.

The owner of the store phoned me back within 1 hour. He answered every question I had. He was very polite and friendly. I've not gotten the new pc yet but I feel sure I won't be dissapointed when I do. He has answered every email I have sent.

I had an issue with how to hook up my speakers. Josef walked me through it on the telephone.

StealthMachines sells computers for a awesome price and if you puchase one you will find that the customer service is great also.

When I ordered from Stealth Machines.com I infact called instead of going about ordering online because it seemed a little overwhelming and I wanted to make sure what I was ordering would be correct. Josef helped me out a lot on what I should purchase and what was not nessecary to be purchased. He was very reliable and the prices were far better than other websites that sold the same types of computers.  
 
I was very satisfied with the end product there was only one minor problem involing the heatsink on the motherboard but after I called Josef we were able to open it up and fix it while he stayed on the line and helped me out 100%. Seemed to be concerned about the product I had just purchased which is obviously a very good characteristic to have.  
 
Overall I was pleased with Stealthmachines.com and would order from them again but hopefully not for awhile since it's a brand new computer.  
 

Stealth Machines has incredibly competitive pricing, and after using the PC for the past two weeks I can see what a great company it is. The customer service is great, and Josef really worked to make sure that this computer was what I wanted/needed.

My first step after making the decision to purchase a new system is to research all of the compoenents that I want in the system in detail (motherboard, case, cpu, graphics, psu, ram, etc. etc). I've built several systems myself in the past and I'm a 20+ year software engineer so I understand the components and always have a very detailed checklist of what I want in my new system by the time I actually begin engaging potential vendors. When I finally hit the vendor engagement stage I visit high-end (Alienware, Voodoo, FalconNW, etc) and medium-end (ABS, CyberPower, etc) vendors to see what each can provide and get an idea of the price performance curve to try and optimize my dollars spent. I decided to give StealthMachines a try because they were local, but I honestly had not heard much about them so I really had no expectations. Here's what I found. StealthMachines won my business because they really internalized my specific needs after talking with me and put together a better system for the same cost as the medium-end companies. This system is expandable enough to allow me to reach and possibly exceed machines produced by the high-end companies easily and relatively cheaply when my finances allow. As it sits, the Intel CoreDuo 6700 cpu based system with 8800 GTX graphics running 64-bit Vista Ultimate is HOT! But more than that, each component is optimized vs. the offerings of StealthMachine's primary competitors (for the same cost). Here are a couple examples of what I'm talking about - Motherboard (StealthMachines - ASUS Stryker Extreme vs. offerings from other vendors) and RAM (StealthMachines - Corsair Dominator vs. standard Corsair or other "mainstream" RAM from other vendors). This is where StealthMachines wins the battle in my mind and I'm extremely happy with *beast* they put together for me. Thanks StealthMachines. I'll be back next time I need a new system!

I had spent 4 months comparing online places. stealmachines was not only the best priced, but Josef bent over backwards to answer all my questions quickly. He made suggestions with explanations and was very knowledable. Thanks Josef and all stealthmachines staff.

With fast replies... and honest/accurate information ... StealthMachines was a great choice for my new high end gaming computer.  
 
I was leary of ordering a computer from a small business, but the owner (Josef) is a very educated man, and was patient with the countless questions I asked, before I ordered.  
 
Only name brand parts! No garbage like the competitors.  
 
When I wanted to order a different PSU and Hard Drive formation than what was available on the StealthMachines Configurator, Josef instantly replied back with costs of the custome pieces, and that it would be NO PROBLEM to make my PC a custome order.  
 
My PC is currently undergoing a burn in by Joesf. I will update this again, after I've recieved my computer, so that those interested in StealthMachines can know what to expect out of their custom PC's.

An avid gamer and pc enthusiast, I finally decided to build my dream system. I checked the more widely known websites, as well as pricing the components individually. While debating the pros and cons of building it myself vs. having it built for me, I found stealthmachines. After emailing them directly with my desired system configuration, I was immediately emailed a response by Josef, the owner, who said they could definitely make the system, and made a few suggestions that I might consider. After looking into it, I've taken all of his suggestions, and the price was astonishingly low! I was barely above my itemized purchase list, but with all the benifits of an established company behind it, such as the burn-in process, software pre-load, etc...  
I've been in constant contact with Josef throughout the buying process, and he's been great (and patient), making minor suggestions and recommendations in answer to my many tweaks and questions. I've even emailed them on weekends and have still gotten responses quickly, usually within an hour.  
I built my last system almost 4 years ago, and did it myself to save a little extra money. I remember the frustration for the first couple of months as I had to tweak and retweak to get things running. The price from stealthmachines made my choice an easy one. The enthusiasm to help and awesome communication from Josef make me feel confident that I've made the right decision.

My experience with StealthMachines.com has been fantastic to date. First, the site is nice looking and well done. The customizing process is simple and the options are plenty. All e-mail questions I had regarding my order received responses within hours. And the owner, Josef, kept me apprised of any problems he had in assembling my rig. To be specific, there were only two: one optical drive was out of stock and the sound card I ordered did not fit the motherboard. In the first instance, he upgraded the drive for free. In the second, we decided to go with the onboard sound card, which was, of course, less expensive. Josef refunded the difference that same day. The computer is currently undergoing a 72-hour burn in (a service that is exceptional in its own right) and, barring any equipment troubles, I expect it to ship Tuesday, January 16th as Josef promised.  
 
I am very happy with the professionalism and level of service StealthMachines.com provides. While researching comapnies to order my computer from, I found well-deserved, glowing reviews for this one. Add another extremely pleased customer to the StealthMachines.com roster.

Outstanding company with great customer service. This was the first Custom Built rig I've ordered so I contacted several of the Top named companies and also contacted Stealth Machines due their very rating on here and asked several questions concerning Liquid cooling, Software tweaks and such and only Stealth responded with detailed info that actually saved me ALOT OF MONEY, the rest if they even bothered to respond only sent form letters answering none of my questions. So if your looking for a great custom built system from a company with great customer service go with Stealth Machines.  
 
Update received my custom built system on the exact date Josef stated I would receive it and have been owning people online since then. Once again Great Company and Great System they built for me.

I was very impressed with the customer service, questions were responded to efficiently. The prices were incredibly low compared to other custom computer sites. Stealth’s selection when making your own computer is unbeatable by any site, a lot more options were available then the ten other sites I looked into.

I'm 17 years old, which basically means that I know everything. I'm also a nerd, going off to college next year to major in Computer Science, and I also work at Best Buy in the Computers section. While none of this is relevant, I'm telling you so you understand that I'm credible. Now, for the review.  
 
StealthMachines is an amazing company. I was very impressed with the customer service, which was very quick to respond to any questions I had and very informative. Not only that, but the prices were unbeatable. I looked at lots of different big-name sites (ibuypower.net, widowpc.com) and to build a computer that was anywhere near as close to the one Stealth offered was a $600 price jump, not to mention Stealth had a much better selection. After looking at the other two sites I was disgusted with how they failed to even put up a fight to Stealth's superior configurator. Hands down, the best custom PC site I've ever seen. Trust me, this isn't a BS online company that's going to rip you off. Just give them a try, you will not regret it.
