I have made four purchases of Pretec USB I-Disks from Ramcity over a three year period. It is a delightful experience to have received the same excellent service on all occasions.
On the day of ordering I received confirmation of the order and many other details which answered any questions I could have had. The following day I received another email stating the order had shipped. Again it included enough information that answered any questions that could possibly be asked about a pending order. The following day the order was delivered. That day I also received a Tax Invoice by email.
What makes this delightful to me is that the same order of excellent service has been maintained in 2004, 2005 and 2006. This means to me that good service is not just a company policy but has become part of the company culture.

When you first wrote a review for RamCity on June 30th, you might not have had a chance to receive the merchandise you ordered since your review was written very soon after placing your order. By now you should have received your order from RamCity.

Your presumption that I had not received my order is incorrect. It has not been unusual in my experience with RamCity to receive next or next following day shipments. The day I received my shipment I sat down and wrote my comments. Your automated email is unbecoming a so-called rating service, I say automated because you obviously didn't read my comments. Where can I go to rate your company?
