This is the first time I’ve used this company and I have no complaints, my order was processed professionally and delivered efficiently. I wouldn’t hesitate in using them again. Its good to see that its possible to receive good service after experiencing problems with other suppliers.

I highly recommend this online store. Delivery was quick and the service excellent. Memory for my archived Sony VAIO was in stock (as stated on the web site). I placed my order at 1:10pm and had received and installed it in Adelaide before 10:00am the next day, together with plenty of feedback from the dealer as to the status of my order. The goods arrived in proper packaging. All in all, a very pleasing shopping experience.

The website was easy to navigate, and it was easy to find computers. The price was on par with other places around the place, but the soDIMM was delivered before 9.00am the next day (as opposed to other stores which were promising delivery 4 days later!), so the little bit extra for delivery was well worth it.  
 
I don't buy much memory, but I'll be recommending RAM City to friends.

This was one of the most pleasurable online shopping experiences i have undertaken. The website was easy to navigate, the products arrived early in the morning on the 2nd working day so I would almost consider this a one day delivery to a country area. Packaging was good and secure. RAM worked flawlessly. Slightly more expensive from what I could gauge from other websites BUT I would rather pay a (small amount more) for the service. Highly recommended.
