I've delayed this testimonial long enough! My fault for putting it off and then forgetting I wanted to do this.  
I replaced all of my dad's Panasonic NiCad extension phone batteries with available NiMH batteries from Dennis Sayer's Brand Name Batteries for Less, and I have to say that Dennis' answered all my questions, and then followed on the order with e-mail updates as if I were a major player in the purchasing world. The batteries were a serious upgrade for my dad's home phone system, as The short life of the aging NiCad's were driving him crazy. The superior performance of the name brand NiMH batteries made a huge difference.  
Now I'm looking for replacement batteries for my home phone system's extensions, and I'll be happy to do business with Mr. Sayer once again.
