Brand Name Batteries for Less did a great job sending me the correct batteries I ordered for two of my 3 Uniden cordless phones.

This merchant had the best deal I could find on a replacement GE-branded 3.6V 750mAh NiMH AAA battery pack for my AT&T cordless phone. Prices are the best I have found for my cordless phone batteries,even after shipping charges. Delivery is great. I have received 3 shipments...all delivered in about 3 to 4 days,although I live over 1500 miles away. I had one minor problem and they worked diligently to fairly and quickly resolve the issue. Purchased an NiMH replacement cordless phone battery. The $4.60 price was great, so the $1.96 shipping charge wasn't a deal breaker. Received product only 4 days after ordering, & it works perfectly. Will definitely order here again.

They shipped relatively quickly. The prices were pretty good as was the shipping. Not a bad retailer.  
 
My one issue was that one of the batteries I ordered was not shipped (even though it said so on the packing slip). Instead, a different battery, that I can't use, was shipped and with most vendors it is normally more effort than it is worth to exchange a small item (ER-P510 instead of the ER-P110).  
 
That said, I was quite impressed by how Brand Name Batteries responded when they learned about the mistake and really wanted to put things right with me and support a worthy national non-profit in the process. Good job BNB!

Ordered phone batteries 11/23. They arrived 11/25! I ordered 5, but only 4 arrived. Called customer service who answered in three rings, apologized, and, with absolutely no hassle, sent out the fifth battery. Great to do business with an outfit like that.
