I placed two orders on the same day...One was for 2 items, the other was for 10 items. The one that was for 2 items arrived within 2 - 3 weeks. I'm STILL waiting for the one that contained 10 items. They sent me an email, finally, saying that one of the items had been shipped, shortly followed by an email saying my money for the item was being refunded because the item was no longer in stock. It WAS in stock when I ordered the item, and these emails arrived 3 weeks after I had ordered! I sent them an email asking why nothing has been shipped yet and my order was going nowhere, they replied that it was because an item was on backorder and my order would be shipped soon. that was almost a week ago, and it still has not been shipped, although the status of the order has moved forward. The status on their website of orders is confusing and inaccurate. If you order only one or two items at a time and you don't mind waiting 3 weeks to get them, you might be okay, but don't order any more than that on the same order or you'll probably wait "forever"...It's now been 4 weeks and counting for me with the order that had 10 items, and my order probably would not have moved forward at all if I had not emailed them threatening to cancel it. Also, when you order items, they say "x promotions left" on their site which is deceptive, because when I placed my order, the item they say is no longer available said the item was still available, yet now they tell me it isn't - supposedly that "x promotions left" is updated every 10 minutes or 30 minutes (can't remember which now), and I ordered them at around 1 a.m. which I would not expect to be a busy time of the morning. I also don't agree with their policy of charging your paypal as soon as they get the order rather than when the order ships. For those reasons, I cannot in good conscience recommend this site to anybody and there's little, if any, chance that I would ever order from them again. Cheap prices are great, but not if you have to wait more than a month to get your stuff, some of it never comes, and/or some of it doesn't work. I read one review where the person said 1 out of 10 of his items was defective - a 10% defect rate is NOT acceptable to me. I don't care what I pay, I expect the item to work as advertised or to get a replacement that does work or a refund. I just don't understand how anyone can think that it's acceptable to get a defective product just because it's cheap. No, I don't expect the same quality as I would if I bought name brands that cost a lot more, but I DO expect it to at least work.

I understand that other users have had problem with this company, but I have ordered from them twice and placed another order two days ago (Jan 31, 2006 - will report on that order later). Out of 10 items ordered, only one was defective, an ipod car charger. They replaced it and even refunded my return shipping costs. I am satisfied with this company so far. You have to examine the product page carefully because most, if not all, of their products are likely to be inexpensive asian imports, and you get what you pay for.

I placed the order on December 5th. They claim to have a "Guaranteed Shipping" policy but it doesn't mean a thing to them. They clearly state on their web site that any order placed before 12/13/2005 will be delivered before xmas. My order was placed on the 5th of December and it still hasn't shipped yet!
Guaranteed Shipping? Sure, that means if they don't ship it on time you have to wait until they get around to it. They lie, plain and simple.

Bought 3 things. Not only did it take them over a month to ship them with no explanation, they sent me a walking pedometer rather than one of the other three things I needed. When I asked them to ship me the right thing, they claimed they would reimburse me once I shipped it, rather than just ship me what they owe me. Not my problem they sent me the wrong thing, why should I cover the shipping?

waited for a whole month, no notice of shipping, no items. Email them saying that I want to cancel, they said that the order has been sent to the warehouse and they cannot stop it. I ended up waiting for another 2 weeks! even though the order was already at the warehouse. Paid $10 for 4 items that is inexpensive. I guess I was lazy but I will never again buy from axshop.com

Very poor quality product, basically useless. The return policy is basically inexistent, so you get stuck with their garbage. Stay away from this store !!!

I placed an order on 10/11/2005 from axshop.com and have received nothing from them. Luckily, it is probably the smallest order I have ever placed online - Whew!
This is now 11/22/2005, and despite numerous emails to them over the past week, I have received nothing more than generic emails stating the item was shipped. They gave me a USPS tracking number which provides no information beyond the fact this fraudulent "company" notified the postal service they were going to ship something. Nothing has been shipped. No tracking information is available. I have repeated this fact to axshop in several emails. They have chosen to overlook or ignore this information. I have chosen to let this be known to all who read this. This company is simply a rip off. Period.
I have been getting numerous rather enticing email flyers from axshop with quite good deals; however, when they showed their lack of business ethics I unsubscribed since I knew I would NEVER place another order with them. In retaliation or incompetence (it really doesn't matter which) they proceeded to spam me with some 20-40 emails in the next two days. It appeared these emails were originally from people also attempting to unsubscribe.
If you are considering a purchase from axshop, I have just one suggestion:
DO NOT BUY FROM AXSHOP!!!
I have notified PayPal and hope to get satisfaction through them. We shall see...

I purchased a usb charger for my nokia phone. It does not work at all. They say their product description says it would work for majority of models from nokia and mine must be not one of them.
Nokia uses the same adapter for all its phone (if not 90% and mine is one of them) They refuse to refund my money.

My item took a month to get and did not work when recieved. They would not pay return shipping or the shipping back to me. Would never buy from them again.

The worst online shop, Placed my order over three weeks ago its still not shipped. Only responce was a generic letter stating that all orders are shipped and received in 7days, trying to get my money back filed thru paypal... Company isn't worth your time dealing with. This is one of the worst online sellers I have ever dealt with. I placed the order and waited a few weeks and it still had not shipped. I emailed and got a generic response about it being shipped and I would receive it in 7 days or so, and there had been a shipping delay, and I also wanted to make a change to the order and they would not accomodate EVEN thought it hadn't shipped after almost a month. I waited another week and still did not receive it, emailed again and got same types of responses. Not until I filed a claim with paypal which is how I paid them did they ship it out and provided a tracking number to paypal. I'm seriously fed up with this company I wouldn't buy from again.

I could not believe they shipped the defective merchandise (after long wait) and wanted me to ship it back at my own expense. I will never fall for these cheap store again since the shipping cost is almost the same as the cost of the merchandise.

I have left negative feedback about this company a few months ago. After reading many stories on other forums, I decided to try them again. Knowing that they are slow shipping, I didn't expect the items quickly. I have indeed received all of the items after three orders. They are slow, but I got everything I ordered. October 12 - Order placed (5 day shipping)
October 13 - Funds credited to Axshop.
October 18 - Nothing received.
October 22 - First email exchanged with Customer service Emily Tan. Promised order in 5 to 7 days.
October 31 - Nothing received.
October 31 - Second email exchanged with Customer Service Maggie Duan. Refused to refund money.
Need I say more?

Boy I wish I had read these reviews before I placed my order albeit the order was only for 12 bucks, I placed my order on Oct 11 2005 and today is Halloween day Oct 31 2005 as I'm writing this review, THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD, they DO NOT have any of the items advertised on their website in STOCK nor do they have an inventory warehouse of their own, once they get your money THEN they scrounge around for the merchandise, I suspect that they contact their relatives in CHINA to look for the items. All their items are very cheap and that's why most poeple would not check their rating before ordering because the amount is small, BIG MISTAKE
My recommendation to all of you who got ripped off by these crooks is to file a complain with PayPal and you will get your money back one way or another as long as the amount is within PayPal limit, my mistake was I used my checking account instead of credit card this time otherwise I would just call the CC company and that would be all I'd have to do, let the CC company duke it out with Paypal and the crooks This review was modified by its author, webaccount, on
