Like many people have noted here, shipping takes two and a half forvers. Prices are decent but the products are generally cheap second class garbage. I had three of eight multi-LED flashlights came in with one or more dead LEDs. When I told customer service they told me there was nothing they could do about it. Oh well, what do you expect from this kind of business. They're selling the stuff that's too flimsy and cheap to sell overseas - so they import it over hear and heap it on us, but not before making their cut. Companies like this are one step away from being a scam. Avoid like the plague.

Ordered cameras, Order GUI stuck and accidently ordered 3 while refreshing-2 lond distance calls and 5 e-mails, none answered. Got products, not as advertised

I do not recommend this store to anyone out there. My order was placed on Feb. 11, 2006 and I still have not received my order after two weeks and two email inqueries. That is way too long to wait for an order, considering it is only three items: an external HD enclosure and two flashlights. I have emailed the costomer service twice and received answers that my order will be shipped in two days, but both times I was lied to. Not only is my order not sent out, but I can clearly see that they are lying by checking the online order tracking, which shows that my order is still inside the warehouse, waiting to be shipped. My order has been in the warehouse for a week, now, and it still has not been shipped. I am currently considering cancelling my order and contacting the Better Business Bearu. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE.

I placed two orders on the same day...One was for 2 items, the other was for 10 items. The one that was for 2 items arrived within 2 - 3 weeks. I'm STILL waiting for the one that contained 10 items. They sent me an email, finally, saying that one of the items had been shipped, shortly followed by an email saying my money for the item was being refunded because the item was no longer in stock. It WAS in stock when I ordered the item, and these emails arrived 3 weeks after I had ordered! I sent them an email asking why nothing has been shipped yet and my order was going nowhere, they replied that it was because an item was on backorder and my order would be shipped soon. that was almost a week ago, and it still has not been shipped, although the status of the order has moved forward. The status on their website of orders is confusing and inaccurate. If you order only one or two items at a time and you don't mind waiting 3 weeks to get them, you might be okay, but don't order any more than that on the same order or you'll probably wait "forever"...It's now been 4 weeks and counting for me with the order that had 10 items, and my order probably would not have moved forward at all if I had not emailed them threatening to cancel it. Also, when you order items, they say "x promotions left" on their site which is deceptive, because when I placed my order, the item they say is no longer available said the item was still available, yet now they tell me it isn't - supposedly that "x promotions left" is updated every 10 minutes or 30 minutes (can't remember which now), and I ordered them at around 1 a.m. which I would not expect to be a busy time of the morning. I also don't agree with their policy of charging your paypal as soon as they get the order rather than when the order ships. For those reasons, I cannot in good conscience recommend this site to anybody and there's little, if any, chance that I would ever order from them again. Cheap prices are great, but not if you have to wait more than a month to get your stuff, some of it never comes, and/or some of it doesn't work. I read one review where the person said 1 out of 10 of his items was defective - a 10% defect rate is NOT acceptable to me. I don't care what I pay, I expect the item to work as advertised or to get a replacement that does work or a refund. I just don't understand how anyone can think that it's acceptable to get a defective product just because it's cheap. No, I don't expect the same quality as I would if I bought name brands that cost a lot more, but I DO expect it to at least work.

I purchased the Monifilm Sony PSP (Full Size) x 2  
Optical Grade Screen Protection for my PSP. http://www.axshop.com/details.aspx/sku-121/ The item clearly says x2. I was going to use them on my PSP and the Epson P2000. When I received the package, after painfully waiting for more than 3 weeks and sending 3 emails, I opened the package and there was only 1 sheet. I emailed them and they replied that it only comes with one. Don't buy from these guys no matter how cheap it is.

I ordered a 'Wireless Mouse w/ Hidden USB Receiver' and received a different mouse instead.  
 
I tried contacting the merchant to get an exchange; however, all my attempts via email went unanswered. I called their number, which is listed on the website, only to repeatedly hear a prerecorded message that "representatives are busy".  
 
It took filing a complaint with Paypal just to get a response from them.  
 
These guys are crooks.

I placed my order on dec 24 b/c they had the best prices. I waited until jan 5 to finally call and complain after my order didn't progress. Today I finally couldn't wait any longer and cancelled my order. They have either bad communication or extremely lazy workers. I will never order from them again

Funds were moved from Paypal on Dec 8. It is now Jan 3. Nothing arrived. Yet, back 2 weeks ago, they tell me it was "shipped by USPS" when I emailed to inquire. Yesterday, after sending them an email asking for a tracking number, they tell me FedEx "lost" their packages to them.  
 
I am extremely unhappy and will never buy from them again, no matter how great the deal gets.

Extremely slow proccesing and slow shipment!! Then, when I received product ( 4 ports HUB) was poorly packaged and never worked! I tried to contact them, but his return policy it's a joke! Only 2 days after I had received shipment!! It's my worst Online experience!! BEWARE OF THIS GUYS!!

Extremely slow shipment. Ordered a cell phone data cable with driver CD. Got the cell phone cable after several email communications and 2 weeks. Yet the cable came with NO CD. I had no use for the cable without the driver CD. Another order was cancelled without a reason. Yes, they are cheap. Yet cheap has a price.

I placed the order on December 5th. They claim to have a "Guaranteed Shipping" policy but it doesn't mean a thing to them. They clearly state on their web site that any order placed before 12/13/2005 will be delivered before xmas. My order was placed on the 5th of December and it still hasn't shipped yet!  
 
Guaranteed Shipping? Sure, that means if they don't ship it on time you have to wait until they get around to it. They lie, plain and simple.

This is the worst dealing I had on the Internet so far. The product was never shipped, just a USPS tracking number was sent (which showed that the order was not picked up from their warehouse). They have been promising to send the products but nothing has happened till Dec 22, 2005. Be careful in dealing with them!

I ordered 3 mp3 to radio modulators from them. I recieved no email or invoice when they came. None of them work. Have tried to contact them with no success. I should of looked at resellerratings before I bought.
