Very polite and great to do buisness with. I ordered an item that was priced lower than anywhere else on the web. I appreciate the pricing and customer service.

Great communication, just wished my order would of been cancelled when I asked. It caused my account to go in to the red thus I had to pay some banking fees because of this.

TankGuys is one of the most customer-oriented web-retailer I've ever dealt with. There have been at least 5 times that I have emailed them with a question and had it answered within 10 minutes! That's unheard of. Everything they do is professional and keep the customers in mind. I appreciate the level of attention they give and really try to meet my needs. The prices are not the lowest on the web, but combined with the customer service, this is one of the best places to do business. Wow! I must say I was really surprised when Fedex delivered my order on Saturday since my order was shipped ground. I don't know if it was Tankguys or Fedex, but Im impressed. Every aspect of the order process was perfect and I will definately do business with Tankguys again. Thanks for the great service and good price!

Excellent vendor!! Great communication, clear policies on website, good pricing, and very good packaging/shipping speed/quality. I received the motherboard I ordered quickly and was given the tracking number as soon as it shipped. I asked a presale question about the board, too, and was responded too quickly and very politely. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again (infact, I actually have, to pre-order a Conroe Core 2 Duo CPU to go with the board =))! Thanks!  
 
 
EDIT: I discovered that the motherboard I had ordered came with a BIOS version that did not support Conroe. The manner in which TankGuys handled the situation was great, and was resolved to my satisfaction quickly and easily to obtain a new chip with the right BIOS to be sent to me from the manufacturer. Thank you again for the polite and knowledgable customer service. A company shows its true colors when a problem arises, and TankGuys passed with flying ones =).

Ordered an ASUS P5W-DH 975X from tankguys. I pre-ordered the item. Ben, the co-owner guarenteed that the motherboard would ship out the same day they recieved it and he kept his word. It was shipped promptly (i.e on a Saturday afternoon).  
 
I was in the process of moving to a new apartment, so I requested that it be shipped to my work address. He said "not a problem" and that was taken care of.  
 
These guys have their own forum where you can get your questions answered almost immediately. They value customer suggestions. Upon my suggestion, they will be stocking Zippy Gaming PSU's pretty soon. Again, top drawer stuff.  
 
I love responsive customer service, i.e service which is actually customized. I like it when an actual person responds to your queries, not some generic BS e-mail blah blah. On these accounts, I have to say that Tankguys have been the one of the best stores I have dealt with. This would be my go-to store for all future computer related purchases.  
 
I would recommend them very highly.

I was a bit weary of tankguys at first because I hadn't heard of them however I visited resellerratings and was very impressed. They were stocking the very hard to find Team Group ram and had an incredible price on them. I ordered them June 18th and they were shipped the next day alng with a human-written letter saying that they had to have them shipped directly from Team. I was very impressed by the communication. The order came quickly via Fedex with normal shipping and was recieved the 24th of June. I was very impressed with them and will be placing a pre-order for a Conroe processor tonight.

Really fast shipping, really good price, really good product, really good communcation. Did I mention a really good overall experience?

The forums are a nice touch, had a nice price on a very exclusive product (teamgroup DDR2). They let me buy these outside of the USA (Canada) and have them shipped to a friend with minimum hastle. I will definetly be buying from these guys again.

TankGuys is one of my favorite etailers.  
* While their prices are not as low as the volume dealers, they more than make up for it in customer service.  
* providing processor steppings - very cool.  
* The addition of the customer/user forum provides a quick and effective means to ask questions about products or raise other issues.  
* The owners are honest and smart - if they can help you, they will. If they can't help you, they'll point you in the right direction.  
 
The only (minor) negative is the somewhat limited selection, but this is a small store that specializes and the owners are receptive to customer suggestions.

I was able to pick the stepping I wanted. Shipping was prompt and packed well. I would order from TankGuys again. A+

Ordered an Opteron 165, and picked the stepping I wanted (this baby is doing 2705mhz out of the box with a stock heatsink). Shipping was fast and I am happy. Top notch service, would do business again
