The processor I ordered was back-ordered, however customer support was excellent and it is reasonable that newer processors become hard to acquire upon initial release. Would highly recommend this company and will definitely do business with them in the future.

Ordered 1 Ram kit at approximately 5:00 A.M Wednesday Jan. 24, 2007. Received email confirming order at 6:47 A.M 1/24. Received email changing status to "Preparing for shipment" at 3:05 P.M. 1/24. This email stated that my order would ship the following day, 1/25/2007 via FedEx Home Delivery. Received email 1/25/2007 10:03 A.M. stating "Order Shipped" and provided tracking number.  
 
FedEx tracking data shows package not picked up until 3:44 P.M 1/26/2007--a full day later than stated to me. Because FedEx Home does not deliver on Mondays this resulted in my not receiving package until 1/31/07.

Wonderful service, great communication and real time updates on order status. Great team at tankguys, they are simply top notch. Highly recommended, I will buy from them every time i have the chance to do so.

Bought 2 Gb Kit DDR2 (2x 1Gb) 4-4-4-10 800Mhz (TXDD2048M800HC4DC) w/ Free Gift 512Mb USB Flash Drive. Order was processed smoothly and in a timely fashion. No complaints.

I have ordered two sets of Team RAM from TankGuys, and have been pleased with their service. I haven't had to talk to or email them, so I can't comment on that, but the lack of communication does say they usually get stuff right the first time! This is my go-to place for memory since NewEgg doesn't carry Team RAM. Big mistake, 'Egg!

I am very satisfied with TankGuys for several reasons.  
I had questions prior to the purchase that were addressed immediately, in fact within a few hours, even though I made the inquiry on a Sunday.  
The item arrived with secure shipping and packaged in such a way as to insure against damage.  
I will shop here again and will also recommend TankGuys to my friends.

Tankguys are one of the best small businesses that I've dealt with. I will but from them anytime. Even pay a little more to support the small guy.

They did send the memory and a seperate pack in the same box with the heatspreaders for me to apply myself... which I choose not too, since they don't affect performance, and sometimes I feel they actually adversely affect performance... So, I like the fact that they ship the spreaders seperate giving the individual the option to install them or not... removing factory heatsinks can be a pain... nice touch!  
 
Anyway, I will most definitlty be doing business with them again!
