TankGuys went out of the way to guarantee a specific stepping on a processor, and were informative and open every step of the way when delays occurred. When a requested shipping change was overlooked on their end, TankGuys were kind enough to reimburse all shipping.  
 
They've gained a customer for life - as long as TG are in business and have what I'm looking for, I'm ordering from them.

Awesome service and commitment to "taking care of the customer!"

Took the time and effort to promise a special stepping. Plenty of communication with the customers on progress and took time to honor special needs.

Tankguys is the only vender that took the time and effort to insure that us users got the G0 stepping of the Q6600. Plus when his suppliers messed up and sent B3 steppings, Tankguys was willing to do whatever the customer wanted, even at a loss to themselves. Tankguys will be the first place I go from now on. Rate an 11.

G0 Step Quad 6600 pre-order. Went fine, got the G0 Step Quad processor and it works fine. Tank Guys kept updates on the site to let everyone know what the pre-order status was. All in all a good experience. Would buy again on special orders. Wanted G0 step not B0 and this was the deal!

Tankguys really went the extra mile with the G0 stepping Q6600 pre-orders. They kept everyone updated one what was going on and when to expect these highly sought after quad cores. I'm going to do more business with them in the future.

One of the best things about TankGuys is that their service is simply outstanding. They will do everything in their power to get you the hardware as quickly as possible and without paying the extra premium. I am extremely happy I purchased from TankGuys and will easily do it again.

Allowed a pre-order of a specific stepping processor. Also show their stepping/week information on their website. Great prices, extremely competitive. Amazing service, updated status frequently, was open and honest with what was going on during the whole process.  
 
Would definitely order from them again.

Tank guys allows you to select specific revisions stepping and other important differences on products such as motherboards CPUs and more... their customer service is IMPECCABLE and their prices ultra competitive... if you know what a north bridge is or if you just want great RAM then you HAVE to check them out!

I have ordered from TankGuys on multiple occasions now and, every single time, they are great. Fast order processing, fast shipment. I have also had a few occasions to communicate with TankGuys about products, orders, etc. Every time, they have responded very quickly (within a day) and been incredibly helpful. Great store, great guys.
