I was able to converse with one of the employees/owner one evening to get all the info I could about the store. They were offering a very good deal, and I wanted to be sure it shipped on time if I ordered it. Turns out that it was past the shipping deadline, but the person I worked with actually packaged my item, and took it to the FedEx store himself after work to make sure it shipped. I got it in a timely manner (even after FedEx sat on the package for a day), and am very pleased.  
 
From my one experience, it was customer service all around. For someone to go out of their way to make sure I shopped there again, I respect that greatly. I will definitely shop there again even if the price is a few dollars higher.

This company offers GREAT service. I ordered my Athlon X2 3800+ from them on a Wednesday and it was at my door on Friday. The price was great too. I would deffenitely order from them again.

I'm very happy with my order from Tank Guys. They had a great price on the X2 3800 I ordered and shipped it out as soon as possible. One other thing I liked about Tank Guys was the personal service I recieved. And not only was the service personal, it was fast. I recieved replies to my emails within a few minutes.

Ordered Wednesday at 11:30pm shipped Thursday morning recieved Friday afternoon great transaction will order from this company in the future. Decent pricing 3 followup e-mails very quick response.

I purchased a dual channel Mushkin RAM kit & then a Samsung 204T LCD from TankGuys, since both items were not available in Canada.  
The customer service was simply awesome.  
Every step of the ordering process (which was more complicated due to my being out of the US), they kept me updated via email.  
I have to admit to being very very impressed with their service!

great shopping experience. parts were delivered on time and Tankguys kept me updated every step of the way, from order confirmation to tracking numbers to any change in shipping. one of my items was OOS on the day i ordered it but i got an immediate email notifying me of this and asking whether i wanted to proceed with the order. they drop shipped it directly from the manufacturer so that it didn't take any longer than the original ETA.  
excellent support. i never had to call but comminications with a couple of the employyes via email and IM was very prompt and helpful.  
i would recommend Tankguys to anyone and i will definitely be shopping there again.

I found the support staff very helpful and prompt considering there wasn't a 1-800 number(which I would have prefered) Other that that it was a very good expirience.  
 
I recently placed another purchase, and it was even better than the last time. I had a pre-ordered opteron 146, and it was the smoothest transaction I've ever done... I was extremely impressed!
