TankGuys went out of the way to guarantee a specific stepping on a processor, and were informative and open every step of the way when delays occurred. When a requested shipping change was overlooked on their end, TankGuys were kind enough to reimburse all shipping.  
 
They've gained a customer for life - as long as TG are in business and have what I'm looking for, I'm ordering from them.

There were some shipping problems and TankGuys went the exra mile to take care of it. :)

Ordered 1 Ram kit at approximately 5:00 A.M Wednesday Jan. 24, 2007. Received email confirming order at 6:47 A.M 1/24. Received email changing status to "Preparing for shipment" at 3:05 P.M. 1/24. This email stated that my order would ship the following day, 1/25/2007 via FedEx Home Delivery. Received email 1/25/2007 10:03 A.M. stating "Order Shipped" and provided tracking number.  
 
FedEx tracking data shows package not picked up until 3:44 P.M 1/26/2007--a full day later than stated to me. Because FedEx Home does not deliver on Mondays this resulted in my not receiving package until 1/31/07.

Wonderful service, great communication and real time updates on order status. Great team at tankguys, they are simply top notch. Highly recommended, I will buy from them every time i have the chance to do so.

Great communication, just wished my order would of been cancelled when I asked. It caused my account to go in to the red thus I had to pay some banking fees because of this.

Excellent vendor!! Great communication, clear policies on website, good pricing, and very good packaging/shipping speed/quality. I received the motherboard I ordered quickly and was given the tracking number as soon as it shipped. I asked a presale question about the board, too, and was responded too quickly and very politely. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again (infact, I actually have, to pre-order a Conroe Core 2 Duo CPU to go with the board =))! Thanks!  
 
 
EDIT: I discovered that the motherboard I had ordered came with a BIOS version that did not support Conroe. The manner in which TankGuys handled the situation was great, and was resolved to my satisfaction quickly and easily to obtain a new chip with the right BIOS to be sent to me from the manufacturer. Thank you again for the polite and knowledgable customer service. A company shows its true colors when a problem arises, and TankGuys passed with flying ones =).

TankGuys is awesome! I don't know of any other store that will guarentee you a certain stepping and puts thier product ETA's right in bold letters at the top of thier main page. You can't go wrong with them! A+

Bought an AMD Opteron 144 socket 939 processor off of TankGuyz. I love their online prescence, plus they seem to really stay connected with their customers, letting them know when there are updates to their order, etc. They even let you choose processor steppings when applicable. That is amazing service. Shipping was prompt and my CPU arrived quickly. Prices for their processors are the best that I have seen. I WILL be shopping here again soon for some of my computer needs. You guys are outstanding!
