Generally has top shelf stuff for a little less than other stores, or hard to find/hot items for just a couple of bucks more.  
Only gripe is they don't sell much "mainstream" memory.....and that isn't really the point here.

Awesome web store. Had an Intel e8400 in stock for the cheapest price I could find on the net. They use Google checkout, and give a coupon to save even more. Ordered on Sunday, had my part on Tuesday with the cheapest shipping option. Part was exactly as expected and performs beautifully. Nothing to complain about.

Not only did TankGuys have the E3110 in stock for a great price, but your customer service is awesome!! I had accidentally entered my email address incorrectly when I created my account with them. So, after purchasing my proc, I never received an email verification, nor was I able to sign back in to the site.  
 
I sent TankGuys an email with my correct email address and asked them to correct the mistake. I sent my email at 6:26pm PST on a Monday evening. Just 11 minutes later, I received an email from TankGuys letting me know the problem was resolved and that I should be able to login now. Sure enough, I was able to login successfully.  
 
Now that's what I call customer service!  

was purchasing a Q9450 and everyone else was out of stock. It stated on their website that they could not guarantee same day shipping on this product. I sent an email asking when it could be shipped. Within 30 minutes I received an email stating it could be shipped the next day which is fine since it was already about 2:00. The price was cheaper here then at many places that didn't have it. They responded quickly to emails. They shipped on time. I'd buy again.

Ordered a set of Team Xtreme PC2-8000 at an excellent price.  
 
Was a minor delay with shipping, due to the fact that the part was shipped direct from the manufacturer, but I contacted them through overclock.net forums and TankGuys straightened this out quickly.  
 
Later I ran into a problem that I thought was memory related, and was ready to RMA. Tankguys was very strightforward and did not try to give me the run around. Without delay they told me who I had to contact to get things straightened out. Fortunately, I discovered my problems were due to an error on my part and after some tweaking, I did *not* have to RMA.  
 
I'm quite satisfied with my experiences regarding TankGuys thus far. They are a smaller company and it feels like dealing with a competent local store, but with competitive prices. They seem to really take care of their customers, the service is excellent.

TankGuys went out of the way to guarantee a specific stepping on a processor, and were informative and open every step of the way when delays occurred. When a requested shipping change was overlooked on their end, TankGuys were kind enough to reimburse all shipping.  
 
They've gained a customer for life - as long as TG are in business and have what I'm looking for, I'm ordering from them.

Awesome service and commitment to "taking care of the customer!"

Took the time and effort to promise a special stepping. Plenty of communication with the customers on progress and took time to honor special needs.

Tankguys is the only vender that took the time and effort to insure that us users got the G0 stepping of the Q6600. Plus when his suppliers messed up and sent B3 steppings, Tankguys was willing to do whatever the customer wanted, even at a loss to themselves. Tankguys will be the first place I go from now on. Rate an 11.
