Hard-to-find parts. Excellent prices. Fast shipping. I will surely be doing business with them again. They have a lot of specialty f-connectors and things that are imperative to my business. (PC, home theater, and security system installation)

This is my second purchase from this store. The order referenced by the invoice number, is a REPEAT of my first order with them. The reason it is a repeat is the price and quality of the product, and the timely service, made it an irresistable value. I bought two large size Schrade Machetes, first production run and very likely will appreciate in value. I received them in perfect condition and within a reasonable shipping time.. and LOVED the quality of the product; much better than satisfactory. So, I duplicated the order, bought another pair of said large brush knives, and at 30$ each they're smarter than any golf club I ever bought. ;)
The store was usefully invisible to the process. I didn't get spammed, upsold, bothered, or manipulated, and at all times I was kept in the loop.
In my opinion it's too good to last, but as long as they have enough good sense to offer value and service I'll give them MY money. They 'Get It'.
When dealing with people at a distance, it takes some time for a reputation to accumulate..but it does. I happen to be a foaming rabid demanding implacable tightwad with extreme standards of customer service and that's my GOOD side. When you get my money you earned it.
They're getting it TWICE, just for the FUN of it. 'Nuf said...

The product seems to have abnormally high defect rates, and the merchant refuses to help with warranty. I will not shop there again.

The item (Lisle 46600 Inner Tie Rod Tool)that I purchased from Monstronix Inc. is of very good quality. The price is very low compairing to other stores that I checked on line. Monstronix provided me with great communication and professionalism. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who is looking for a good price and low shipping. Keep up the good work.

Monstronix needs to get its act together. I am still awaiting this order (it's now Jan 8, 2008). They have ignored my email requests for information regarding the product. No matter the price, this sort of non-service is not worth it. It's not a bargain if you don't get to actually HAVE the product you purchased.

The item ordered was in stock and shipped quickly. It arrived in good condition and was as expected.
I was especially impressed with communications from Monstronix. They really seemed eager to please.

Terrible customer service. No one bothered to email me or follow up on a PO Box, they simply did it the lazy way and changed the PO box to have the numbers in front of the words PO Box. This was my first (and now last) order!!

Small order (<$120) required a signature for delivery though this was never mentioned anywhere on the site. I am a contractor and never in one place for very long. I asked that they remove the signature required option and never heard back from them. I finally had to go through many hoops to be available to receive product. Product was received at the company I was working with and they had no idea who I was. It ended up being lost for over a day before I was able to finally get a hold of it.
Right after the UPS tracking information showed that it was delivered I get an email from them stating that it "looks like you rerouted it and we're closing the issue." It was convenient for them to wait until after it was finally delivered and I went through all of this to write back.
Customer service is terrible and I would never recommend ordering from them. I'll happily use one of my other hundreds of choices for online shopping.

Order process went smooth, shipped reasonably quickly. Automated e-mails let me know my order was received and then was shipped (including tracking number). Haven't had to contact them for customer service. I'd order from them again.
Only complaint: Product was in the bottom of the shipping box with all the packaging material (air bags) above. Would it not make more sense to put packaging material *all around* the product you're shipping?

I ordered a product showing 34 in stock. Two days later the order was cancelled due to the product being out of stock. Poor inventory control. They did not send me an email notifying me that the order had been cancelled. Poor customer service.

I have been a steady Monstronix shopper for several months and I've always been completely satisfied. The manager Paul has always helped me out and even phoned a few times to special reserve some inventory coming in that I had requested. Shipping rates and prices are both very fair. I will continue to order from them.

Monstronix Inc is a wonderful internet store with hundreds (maybe even thousands!) of items available for purchase so you always find exactly what you need whenever you buy from them. In addition, their prices are the BEST online and the customer service is EXCELLENT, particularly Paul Younan who went WAY out of his way to help me get my orders on time. (Even to the point of sending out replacement packages via Express Mail when my original packages were delayed, so I'd receive my order before Christmas!) This company is truly the best online experience I've had in a long time and I highly recommend Monstronix Inc for anyone who is looking for quality electronics at unbelievably low prices. If I had to rate them from "1 to 10", I really would give them an "11"!

Excellent service and update info on progress of order and shipment. I was impressed with the professionalism from Monstronix. I'm getting acquainted with the operation of the 9" Philips frame and have ordered additional SD cards to accommodate more of my pictures. I'll try a 2GB card after the 512MB card is filled. I'll use Monstronix again. I give them top rating.

The low cost of the merchandise is more than offset by the awful packaging of the items for shipping and and the even worse customer service received in the event of a problem.
Four floppy drives were shipped with virtually NO packing materials to keep them from slamming around in the box. They got here and the bezels were all smashed.
Instead of immediately returning them I took a little time to try swapping out bezels with other floppy drives on hand. The drives still didn't work.
When I had to contact monstronix TWICE before getting the word back that no RMA would be issued because I was two days over return limit. I think their approach to returns is just to employ a variety of techniques to wear you down such that only a small percentage of returns are ever actually accepted.
You have been warned.
Update: Virtually every shipper, and that includes UPS, requires that items be proplerly packaged for shipment before any shipping insurance becomes effective. It is unreasonable and unfair to expect package delivery firms to pay for negligence on the shippers part in package preparation.
As a result, they decline to pay claims where there is no external evidence of damage to the shipping container. If it's not crumpled, crushed, holed or otherwise damaged, they don't pay, and there was no exterior damage on my shipment.
That's why I didn't indicate notice of damage when signing for the package, and why I didn't immediately open the package, and also why the seller's desire for immediate notification of damage was irrelevant in this case.
But it IS a handy "Gotcha!" for avoiding exchanges ...
