Cancelled order days later WITHOUT ANY ATTEMPT TO CONTACT ME. I had no idea the four items I had ordered were not going to ship and passed up other comparable offers to my disadvantage.

Popular review: Item didn't ship after two weeks. The status is still listed as "Awaiting Shipment." I called in for an update, but was told that only Chris can check on the status of an order and he's only available by email. I just sent another email. Not recommended.

Popular review: Bought a pair of sunglasses, site did not tell me they were backorderd got an email shortly after saying 10-15 days delay, been trying to cancel order so i can go somewhere else. They will not answer the phone will not respond to emails will be disputing with VISA.

They charged our credit card and sent us an order when we did not place an order and in fact, had never heard of this company. We are not sure how they obtained our credit card number nor our name and shipping address other than it may have been fraud on their part.

Popular review: ordered nostagic stereo, it took 3 weeks to ship, couldn't get an accurate response as to why, stereo arrived with CD player broken, without the remote control, record player defective and the manual was only in spanish. I have yet to get a reply on my complaint. I feel cheated.

Popular review: Do not buy from this company. They sent me a defective unit. I called and left 4 messages for a manager to call me back. No one ever called. I had to dispute the payment with my credit card company.

They never admitted their own error.
