Popular review: Very poor customer service. I ordered and paid for a pair of #500 - High Mountain Buskin Boots in horsehide. I provided my exact foot size in millimeters and requested they send the correct size.

Popular review: Their products are half priced. I ordered a camcorder but received no confirmation nor am able to pay on line. Later they returned my email and asked me to pay by West Union. Many people online have same stories.

Popular review: The product I received was defective, and had been opened and repacked incompletely. Clearly it was one of: a factory second, an unacceptable item returned by a previous customer, or a "floor model" from the company's physical store.
