Popular review: They sell new and also reconditioned Hitachi tools. The reconditioned circular saw that I bought was very well used before I bought it. It had definite signs of rust and corrosion along with numerous scrapes and scratches. Popular review: Customer service is a little slow in initially responding to emails; however, I attribute that to the overwhelming success of their product line.
