Popular review: I had a very poor experience with customer service for this company. I tried to cancel a course, and they said they would credit my card and never did. There is no phone number to reach them, and they ignore emails frequently. I had to eventually dispute the charge because of this whole thing. I would suggest avoiding this company

Popular review: I made a legitimate claim on damaged camera gear incurred during a recent trip. I have had a very bad experience processing my claim. I researched the Nikonians Forums and have found that Niksecure has a history of avoiding its contractual obligations and poor communication.
Do not get this insurance policy. Avoid.
