Popular review: I no sooner make an order and it's on my front porch. When a cat food didn't please my cat, I called and they refunded my money and simply asked me to donate the remaining case to a shelter. That alone gives me reason to do business with them!! Plus their shipping is far more reasonable than anyone else.

Popular review: Lots of good things about Best Bully Sticks but 1 negative. I ordered the odor free bullysticks.but the sticks they sent have a nasty smell. Popular review: Ordering went smoothly and delivery was on time. One packet was a bit crushed on delivery. Minor damage and the item was usable. I have to assume it was packed that way since the delivery box showed no damage. That is why a took off a star.
