We bought a 19 dollar computer chair mat and they charged us 80 dollars to ship it. We tried to cancel the order but they said it was too late. Hope the 100 dollar mat is worth it. I purchased two ink cartridges from this website and installed the first one in my printer. It was a refilled cartridge and does not completely print each line, leaving white line on the page across each sentence. I contacted them numerous time with no response via email. Called and no one answered. They claim 100% guarantee, bullsh*t.
