Popular review: I ordered needles for my jukebox from this website. It took two weeks to recieve my new needles. After another week, one of the needles wouldn't work. I switched needles on my cartridge to make sure it wasn't the cartridge. I emailed the website about this two weeks ago, and they haven't responded. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!

Popular review: The beauty of this store seems to be that they carry a large variety of products, have extremely competitive prices, and yet aren't some huge conglomerate that has bought up most all of the competing online businesses (read: Guitar Center).

Popular review: Wow what a disappointment. This company is in Singapore. I ordered an item and never received it. I had to wait 3 weeks to get a refund. I don't think they ever sent the item in the first place. When I emailed them they said "We ship item, we are in Singapore and have problems" wtf??

Prices are good - usually either the lowest I can find, or within a few dollars of the lowest.

Popular review: I ordered the 12-hole Zelda Ocarina of Time replica and received it within a week. It arrived safe and sound and well-packaged.
The ocarina is of superb quality and is absolutely gorgeous and sounds great. It looks exactly like Link's blue ocarina and the gold Triforce and rim embellishments really add a nice touch.
